We'll build your AI-assisted consulting business, starting with your first $10,000 month.
This is for consultants and experts in the UAE who want to sell agentic AI to the businesses here that have been given two years to adopt it. It runs for six months and it runs from Dubai.
I am Adham Alkhaja. I am Emirati, I am an aerospace engineer with five satellites in orbit, and everything on this page is checkable.
Watch the video below and it will show you how the whole thing works. Then message me on WhatsApp and tell me where you are up to.

Fifteen founders, consultants and operators, every one of them named further down this page. One of them did AED 140,000 in his first two weeks.
Either message me now and I will send you a voice note with every detail, or keep reading this page.
It covers what an AI-assisted consulting business actually is, the maths behind it, why it works in this market right now and did not work three years ago, who it is already working for, everything you get, and exactly who I say yes to. Read it and then decide.
Before anything else
One thing before I sell you anything, because I would rather you read this page with clear eyes.
Most new businesses fail. That is as true in Dubai as it is anywhere else, and nothing on this page changes it.
The people you are about to read about are real. Their names are real and their numbers are real. They are also not typical.
I cannot promise you will be one of them.
What I can promise is the system, the build, and that I pick the people I work with carefully enough to mean it.
Now here is the business.

OFFER + ENGINE
Abdullah Hassan, real estate marketing, Dubai
“I had the audience. What I did not have was anything to sell them, or a way to sell it.”
The challenge
The win
68,000 followers and no system behind them
AED 140,000 in his first two weeks

01. The business, in plain maths
You sell one outcome to one type of business in this market.
A sales system, a go-to-market system, an operations system, or an internal app they would otherwise commission an agency to build for six figures. These are things small and medium businesses in the UAE are already paying for this quarter.
A client pays you $3,000 to $8,000 for the build, and then $1,000 to $2,500 a month to keep it running and improving.
Three clients at $3,500 is your first $10,000 month. The software to run the whole operation costs under $300 a month. There is no office, no staff, no inventory, and no payroll. The rest is margin.
That maths was never available to a consultant before, and the reason is fulfilment.
Under the old consulting model your calendar is the product. Every client costs you 20 to 30 hours a month of your own time. That caps you at four or five clients, which caps your income somewhere around $10,000 to $15,000, and it turns your practice into the most expensive job you have ever held. You cannot take a month off. You cannot get sick. You cannot sell while you are delivering, because you are the delivery.
With AI-assisted delivery, the same client takes three to five hours a month. Your capacity moves from five clients to around twenty before quality starts to slip. Your ceiling moves from $15,000 to $40,000 and up. More importantly, you can keep selling, because you are no longer buried in the work.
So the whole picture looks like this. You own one niche. Your content brings buyers to you. A correctly built offer converts them in a WhatsApp conversation. AI systems deliver the work in a tenth of the time it used to take. One person, a laptop, and outcomes that businesses in this market have already budgeted for.
02. Why this works right now, and why it works here
Two sets of things had to happen at the same time. Three of them global, three of them local.
Globally, the first is that language models got good enough to do the work. They produce first-draft strategy documents, audits, sales copy, SOPs, research and internal tooling at roughly 80 percent of a skilled human's quality and a thousand times the speed. The part of consulting that used to take 100 hours a month now takes 10.
The second is that no-code automation matured. Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier and the stack around them now let someone who is not an engineer wire together real end-to-end systems in two or three days of focused learning. These are systems that used to require a developer on payroll.
The third is that building software became something a consultant can do. A working internal app is now a weekend rather than a quarter. Which means the work you used to refer out, and then watch someone else invoice AED 150,000 for, sits inside your own offer now.
And then here, three more things happened.
The UAE runs on close to a million active business licences, and 94 percent of them are small and medium enterprises. That is your buyer. (UAE Ministry of Economy, 2025)
The UAE is the number one country on earth for AI adoption, with 64 percent of people using it (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, 2025), and yet 76 percent of businesses using AI are still novices (OECD, 2025). A chatbot here, a tool there, nothing built into the actual work. They have adopted the idea and not the implementation, and that gap is the whole opportunity.
The country is also forcing the pace. There is a world-first plan to run half of government on agentic AI within two years with 80,000 people trained (UAE Cabinet, May 2026), and a Dubai programme to move 295,000 private companies onto AI in the same window (Gulf News, 2026). PwC puts the number at $96 billion added to UAE GDP by 2030, the biggest relative impact of any country on earth (PwC Middle East).
Dubai is the first city on earth to put a deadline on it. The programme names small and medium businesses on purpose, because it accepts that most of them cannot do this on their own, and it funds training through every Chamber business council, incubators, and a dedicated fund to go with them. (UAE Media Office, May 2026)
That is your buyer being told by the state that they have two years, and told in the same breath that they will probably need help.
Five clips. They play on mute. Tap any one for sound.
Read those two lists together and the conclusion is uncomfortable for everybody except you. Hundreds of thousands of businesses have been told to implement AI within two years, almost none of them have anyone inside who can do it, and the group of people who can do it properly is far smaller than the group that needs it.
The people at the top are already saying it out loud. Mohammed Alabbar, speaking about the firms that have owned this market for thirty years, said their work is done. He also said the country that benefits most from autonomous AI will be this one. I show the clip in the video at the top of this page, because the event itself was closed.
Y Combinator started funding this exact shape of company in 2025, first as full-stack AI companies, then as AI-native agencies, then as AI-native service companies. Three batches in a row pointing at one thing.
They are going to pay someone. The only open question is whether it is you.
You start now, while the window is open and nobody here has built this yet.
You are the consultant, not the subcontractor the big firms quietly hire at a fraction of the price when they land in a market they do not understand.
You wait.
The window closes, and you watch somebody with half your expertise take the market you could have had.
Every disruption runs this way. It is easy at the start, then the market gets sophisticated and it gets ten times harder. Here I think that takes about eighteen months.
03. The people already doing it
Every person below is real, named, and findable. Several of them are well known in this region. Look them up before you message me.

“He is not just aiming for the ceiling, he is breaking through it.”

“You literally get access to pre-built automations, giving you an instant ROI. I feel confident enough to position myself as an expert, not a freelancer.”

“The biggest shift is I am no longer guessing, I am executing.”
04. What you are actually buying
Seyola Daima is a six month build. Over those six months we pick your niche, package your expertise into an offer this market buys, build the engine that brings buyers to you, wire AI into your delivery, and land your first paying clients.
Your expertise decides who you serve. What that client is struggling with decides what you build for them.
Say you have spent fifteen years in HR. You keep selling into HR, and what you hand over is a system that takes the manual work out of onboarding. Your expertise gets you the meeting. The system is why you can charge for the outcome.
Four kinds of system, and you pick the one your client needs. The business underneath is the same every time. You build it, you charge for it, and you keep a retainer for running it.
Sales systems
Their enquiries stop leaking. Every lead is captured, qualified and followed up without chasing.
Go-to-market systems
Their pipeline fills, from targeting the right companies through to a booked call.
Operations systems
The manual admin leaves the week. Onboarding, reporting, documents, internal routing.
Custom apps and platforms
The internal tool they need gets built, for a fraction of what an agency would charge them.
You can also lead with a paid audit, which is often the easiest way in. You look at how the business actually runs, you write up what is leaking and what it costs them, and the build becomes the answer to what you found. That is how consultants have always sold, and it means you are paid before you build anything.
You do not invent one of these from scratch and you do not guess. You pick the one closest to the expertise you already have, and then you follow the path somebody else already walked, with me on the calls.
Who this is not for
Nothing here is about how much you currently earn. I have taken people with no clients at all. What decides it is what you are hoping to sell.
If you want to resell an AI tool, a voice agent or a chatbot, this is not it. That market commoditises inside a year. The price falls, the client sees no result, and you spend the year refunding people.
If you want something passive, this is not it either. The systems carry the load and the action stays yours. Nobody posts your content, has your sales conversations, or signs your clients.
And if you want to stay behind the scenes, this will be uncomfortable. This market buys the person before the company, so your name and your face are the asset we build.
You should also know that I sell this, so of course I think it works. Read the page, message the members, and decide for yourself.
Three hours is low because you are not starting from a blank page. The offer, the landing page, the sequences and the agent are handed to you already built. Your three hours go into deciding, recording, and sending.
05. Why the system produces clients
There are four mechanics. Each one matters on its own and together they compound.
MECHANIC ONE
You own a world
The hard problem in every service business is the same one, which is talking to enough qualified people. The answer being sold everywhere right now is volume. Ten thousand cold emails a month, personalised by AI, one to three percent of them replying.
That answer is built for a market where a stranger buys from a stranger. This is not that market. Here the first coffee is the introduction, the second one is about family, and the third might be about business if you get that far. Ten thousand emails does not shorten that. It gets you skipped.
So you pick one niche and you build a world around it. One post a day, one email a day, one offer a day, on one short-form platform and one long-form platform, with an email list capturing everything that moves. By the time somebody speaks to you they have already had the first two coffees with you.
What that produces is a sequence.
AND THE CASE STUDY IS WHAT MAKES THE NEXT ONE EASIER
Here is what that looked like for one member, start to finish.

And the numbers you need are small. Vineetha had 700 connections and turned them into three full-time clients in four months, with no ads and no funnels. Dr Vida had no inbound and no door into the market, and now has 800 leads with new ones landing every week. Two clients a month at $3,000 to $8,000, with the retainers stacking behind them, is the $10,000 month this page opened with.
That sequence is the asset, and it is why members who stay consistent stop chasing entirely somewhere around month four.
MECHANIC TWO
An offer built on four pillars
Most consultants fail on the offer rather than the effort. Every offer we build with you stands on four pillars.
The first is new money, which means the offer makes them money rather than saving it. New money gets approved. Cost savings get postponed to next quarter.
The second is done for you, which means the client learns nothing, manages nothing, and hires nobody. You absorb the entire logistical burden, and that transfer is what they are actually paying for.
The third is de-risked, which means a pilot, a performance component, or a guarantee that makes the first yes easy to say.
The fourth is low commitment, which means a short paid build rather than a twelve month contract. You get the first yes and then you earn the retainer.
Stack those four onto any of the four systems, put it in front of an audience you built yourself, and the maths produces clients. It is what Mona was missing when she was underpriced, and what Abdullah was missing with 68,000 followers and nothing to sell them.
MECHANIC THREE
You sell where this market actually buys
Nobody in the UAE fills out a form and waits for a Zoom link. They open WhatsApp.
So we build you sell-by-chat. The scripts, the qualification sequence, the pricing conversation, and the close, all of it in the channel your buyer already lives in, in English or Arabic. No funnel required and no discovery call theatre.
MECHANIC FOUR
AI-assisted delivery
The toolkit is itemised in section 06, so briefly. Every prompt, SOP, agent and workflow we hand you is built around collapsing delivery time, and the agent starter kit is a running AI employee you hand a client on day one. That is what lets you keep the clients you sign while you keep signing more.
06. Everything you get, itemised
The roadmap and the milestones
Two kinds of milestone, and they measure different things.
The big ones are money. They are the reason you are doing any of this, and they are what makes progress a position rather than a feeling.
The small ones are the things you build to get there. Six modules, in order, and each one ends in a finished piece of your business, so you always know what you should be holding at the end of it.

Two calls a week
Al Meylas, where I teach the next thing, and The Hot Seat, where one member puts their real work in front of the group and we fix it live. Both recorded, both optional, so a bad week costs you nothing.

Seyola AI
A course, a coach, a project manager and an AI assistant in one place, with the parts connected. It teaches, you build your actual business inside it, and it picks your next step from what you have done and proved rather than from what you watched. A course hands you a map. This one guides you while you drive.
It will not invent things about your business either. What you said, what you proved, what the course teaches, and what the system recommends are kept apart on purpose. The curriculum is updated every week, so what you get in month five is not what shipped in month one.
The group
A WhatsApp community with a channel per topic, where members post what worked and what did not. I answer in it every day. Nobody else in this category commits to that, and you can check it on your first Monday.
The toolkit, yours to keep
The agent starter kit, which is a running AI employee you can hand a client on day one. The requirement, testing, reporting and handover doc set my own team uses. Every contract, offer document, email sequence and sell-by-chat script, in Arabic and English. All of it stays yours after the six months end, whether you continue or not.

Four more things
A private line to me. Your own channel, direct, for the full six months, with no group in between.
We write your offer, your landing page and your email sequences for you.
We build your content engine and your AI agent for you, and wire up the automations and the CRM behind them.
We run your first launch with you, to your first two or three clients, and there is a private strategy day in Dubai.

IF YOU BOUGHT IT HERE
What this costs to assemble separately
You are paying a fraction of that, it gets built with you rather than handed to you, and all of it stays yours.
07. Who gets in
I do not offer a money-back guarantee, and I would rather tell you why than let you find out later.
A refund hands your money back and leaves you exactly where you started, which is the one thing you did not come here for. It also attracts the person who wants somebody else to carry the outcome, and that person does not do the work.
The version that is common in this category is a refund with conditions attached. Send this many messages a day, log every call, submit the recordings, and if you did all of it and still failed, you may claim your money back. I could write that page and it would probably sell more of these. I am not going to, because those conditions are written to be failed, and I do not want to start this by quietly hoping you cannot collect.
So instead I am careful about who I say yes to. Here is what I screen for on the call.
If you do not clear those, I will say so on the call and I will not take your money. That has happened, and it will happen again. Seven seats a month, and a small group of people who fit is worth more to me than a big one that does not.
That is the part people underestimate, because the biggest variable in whether somebody finishes is who they spend the six months next to. You will not be one of four hundred, which is why I can answer in the group every day, and why what you see in there is real numbers, bad weeks, and the thing that finally worked, from people at your stage.
And on the question sitting underneath all of this, which is what happens if it does not work. Your own offer starts at $3,000 to $8,000. The aim is that your first client covers most of what you paid me and your second covers the rest.
What you actually risk is your time. Everything we build is yours from the first week, whether you finish the six months or not.
There is one more thing and I put it there on purpose. Somewhere around the second month is when a person finds out whether this is really for them, so day 60 is a decision point rather than a sunk cost.
If you paid in full, you committed, and you got the lower rate for committing. If you are on a payment plan and you reach day 60 knowing this is not it, tell me and we stop. Your remaining payments stop with it, you keep everything we built, and we shake hands. There is no refund of what you have already paid, and if you leave and want to come back later you come back at whatever the rate is then. I would far rather you say it at day 60 than sit quietly for another four months.
08. What you might still be saying
I do not have the time
Almost everybody in this group started while running something else. Loai kept a full-time job and his family time. Mehmood was working as an architect. The build takes three focused hours a week, plus the daily post, which takes twenty minutes once you have the hooks in front of you. If you genuinely have zero spare hours then you are right and this is not for you. For most people those hours currently go somewhere less interesting.
“You can build your business with all these technologies while you are still working your full-time job, until you reach a level where you can quit. You can still have time for your family, with your kids.”
It is expensive
Run the other side of the ledger. One client at your $3,000 to $8,000 offer pays most or all of it back. Two puts you in profit. The real cost in the worst case is your time.
Then look again at what the same pieces cost to assemble separately here, which is $34,000 to $71,000.
If the upfront number is the friction, there is a payment plan. Ask me on WhatsApp.
You are Emirati. This market trusts you in a way it does not trust me
You are right, and I do have that advantage. I know how this market talks, how it trusts, and how it buys. The whole point of working with me is that the advantage becomes yours. You do not need to speak Arabic or be from here. I hand you the Arabic offers and contracts, the cultural playbook, and the positioning that earns this market's trust, so that you sell like an insider from your first month.
How do I know this is not another AI course?
Here is what one of those looks like. You pay, you get videos, you never speak to a human again. No community, no calls, no named students you can find, and anybody with a card gets in.
Here is what this is. Named members you can look up right now, several of them public figures in this region with reputations that would not survive endorsing something fake. Recorded interviews with real faces. My WhatsApp from day one. And a seat you have to qualify for, because I turn people down.
Do the diligence. Message any of them directly. If you finish and still think it is not real, do not join.
I have been doing this for years. I do not need a coach
You almost certainly know your own subject better than I do, and none of this is about teaching you your trade. It is about the part outside it, which is the offer, the engine and the selling, and about having somebody who has already walked that road sitting next to you while you walk it. Loai is a consultant himself, and he put it better than I could.

I am not technical
You do not need to be. The heaviest part runs on no-code tools. Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, sheets. If you can drag a box and draw an arrow between two boxes you can learn this. Mehmood came from architecture. Vida came from oil and gas. Mona came from executive coaching.
Will it work in my niche?
The members in this group sell into real estate, HR, executive coaching, career coaching, valuation, quantitative finance, oil and gas, and blockchain. What matters is not your field. It is whether the businesses in it have money and a problem AI can solve, and in this market almost all of them do. We test yours in week one, before you have built anything.
What if I fail?
Then you fail. But look at what failing here actually costs you. You walk away with an offer, a landing page, an email list, a content system, and a working AI build, all of it yours and all of it transferable to whatever you do next.
The downside of trying is smaller than you think. The downside of not trying is every day afterwards where you watch somebody else invoice for work you could have done in your sleep.
09. More receipts
Beyond the case studies there is a weekly thread where members post what actually happened that week. These are lifted from it.
Loai HibshiClosed 2 deals from connections, almost closing the third.
One interested client looking at payment options.
Vineetha Valsa KumarBooked calls with 5 this week from the DMs I sent.
Ayman ItaniSent a proposal to an old client at my higher prices.
Vineetha Valsa KumarOne more client confirmed, starting tomorrow.
Abdallah AljurfA coaching session turned into a workshop for his whole team.
Dr. Vida MoradiClosed 2 referrals for January.
Abdallah AljurfSecured a coaching client for next week.
Dr. Vida MoradiSubmitted 3 project proposals.
Vineetha Valsa KumarOne more client. Learnt to boldly ask for the close, which I used to shy away from.
Vineetha Valsa KumarOne lead signed up.
Loai HibshiA new business deal from referrals.
Vineetha Valsa KumarMore queries without any cold DMs. Two clients signed up for sessions, one for the full program.
Pitching the service again. Three guaranteed so far.
Nasima AhmedSet up Stripe to take workshop payments.
Loai HibshiSigned a new client. Leaving my agency to focus on consulting.
Vineetha Valsa KumarSigned one client for this month and another for March.
Some of those are small. Vineetha's first was one client in a week, and the whole point of showing the thread rather than a highlight reel is that you can watch her go from asking herself why she shied away from closing, to signing two months ahead, in nine weeks.
Most people who start a business do not make it. Showing you all of these is not a claim that everybody wins. It is a claim that the people who did are named, dated, and reachable.
10. Who I am
I am Adham Alkhaja. I am Emirati, I am an aerospace engineer with five satellites in orbit, and I run Seyola, Fadaa, Ayn Astra, and Vapaus.

Seyola is the one that matters for this page. It is an AI-assisted consulting business serving UAE companies, with an education arm alongside it, and that two-part structure is exactly what I build with you. The website you are reading right now is that model in motion.
On the agency side we build and run these systems for small and medium businesses in this market, and they pay every month rather than once. The screenshot below is my own monthly recurring revenue from that work.

That is one month, and it is from a while back. I would rather show you the actual screenshot than a rounded number, and I would rather you know it is a business that took years than let you read it as what happens in your first one.
I was nominated among the Arab region's young pioneers in entrepreneurship, I have been featured in Entrepreneur, and I have spent the last few years selling into this exact market every day. The satellites are the reason people take my call. What I am handing you is the unglamorous part underneath, which is the offers, the contracts, the scripts, and the systems.
Let me be straight about my intention. I am not here for a single payment. Think about it the way an incubator works. You pay an entry ticket, we build the business together, and we both win when it is worth something. My best clients have stayed over a year because the business compounds. This is Stage 1. Make it work and you will want Stage 2. My incentives are aligned with yours, because I only win if you do.
11. Who does the work
The outcome is identical in every tier and you own everything either way. What changes is how much of the intricate build you carry yourself, and how much my team carries for you.
Notice the rows that stay yours in every tier. Showing up, posting, and closing your own clients. You are the brand, so those are never outsourced. Everything else you can hand to my team, and the higher the tier the more we carry, which is the only thing you are paying more for.
12. What would it return for you?
You are about to see the price. Move the sliders first and see what it returns.

That is arithmetic on the numbers you just chose, not a forecast and not a promise. Move the sliders down to what you actually believe and it still works.
Those are the numbers the sliders open on. A $5,000 offer, a $1,000 monthly retainer and two clients a month comes to $276,000 over twelve months, and most of that is the retainers stacking up month after month. Move every slider down to what you actually believe and the programme still pays for itself inside your first month, and everything you build stays yours whatever happens after that.
13. Three ways in
One core programme, three levels of support. What changes between them is how much of me you get, and whether my team does the building.
The aim is that your first client covers most of what you paid me and your second covers the rest. Your own offers start at $3,000 to $8,000, so that is one or two signatures, not a year of hoping.
Seven seats a month, and the rate rises with each group that fills. The banner at the top of this page says how many are left in this one.

There is also a self-directed seat at $1,500 for somebody who wants the platform, the calls and the group without the build sessions. I do not put it in the comparison above because almost nobody chooses it once they have read this far, and the people who do get a worse result. If it is the only way in for you right now, ask me on WhatsApp.
