In the next couple of videos, I'm going to hand you everything you need to sell AI to small and medium businesses. This is exactly what we've been doing for UAE businesses. I'm going to give you what to sell, who to sell to, how to sell, how to get the leads for it, how to run the sales calls, the scripts, the deliverables, what the product is, the app itself, and also how to keep the clients and upsell them once you have them. all the details, every single thing you need to sign clients for AI. I hope you enjoy this video and find beneficial and gets you through or gets you past that stage of I want to do something with AI and you actually start making real money with AI.
So you are going to sell one simple single small tiny tool to local UA businesses and in specific the businesses that take images from their customers and provide them or give them a proposal or a quotation. Let's take Tyler's for example, a landscaper for example, a pool company, a painter. Basically what happens is if I have this piece of table over here, I take a picture, I put it in the app or the tool that you're going to provide me in 90 seconds, I'm going to get the finished product, how it's going to look like and also the quotation and the details and what you're going to do for me and my next step in terms of how can I move forward if I want to work with you. That is the tool.
This is exactly what I said over here. The line is over here and it fixes one small single tiny problem and this is by design. And you're not transforming your lives with this tool over here, but you're solving a simple problem. Because right now I see these businesses, the businesses in specific that take images and provide quotations, they take a lot of time.
And this is a big pain point because a hot buyer, let's take an example. If someone who just finished a house or is building a house, they want tiling within the house. They would love to take pictures and send it to this person or this tool and see how it would look like, right? And if someone could do the job or not.
That's their dream. But what happens currently is they need to go through site visits. Maybe I need to send them the layout. Maybe I need to do a couple of things.
Booking that appointment with them, reaching out to them on WhatsApp and all those kind of details when that person is hot right now and wants to buy from me and most probably is looking at other people as well. So this is a huge pain point they understand and this is why in particular I'm telling you this is the tool you're going to sell. Then your question may be who do I sell this tool to? I'm going to give you exactly who to sell it to based on government data taken from Dubai, the Dubai government.
And I've sorted it out based on all the categories that exists and activities. And I'm going to give you the top 22 niches or markets or categories you can you can just target and sell this tool to. And it's very hot and in demand as well. So, what you're going to do very simply, I'm going to hand you this app or this tool over here.
You're going to pick one category. You're going to set the tool up to for them. It's very simple, by the way, because I've given you the finished product, your deliverable. You just need to change some colors, your logos, and all those kind of things.
And then reach out to businesses, say, "Hey, I built this for you. Are you interested?" Yes or no. And the main point of you selling this tool is that you need momentum. You need to get someone to say yes to something you do, some AI thing you do, which I'm going to tell you how to present it.
Because strangers who pay you once will become clients and those will pay you over and over again if you do a really good job and this proves to do a really good job which is your one foot within the door. So let's move on to the one thing that's very very very important because it rides on what I just said. This is an entry offer. So what you're going to be selling is you're going to be selling your foot into the door.
It's a very tiny lowrisk first sale to get your foot into the door and your first case studies because as a beginner I I don't mean your beginning AI and all this but I know you may be an expert over here but as a beginner selling these things to businesses within the UAE you most probably don't have proof you may have your position if you had a position you may have done things and projects and leaded certain teams but in the market right Now you are worth almost an this is unfortunate but this is how the market works. You are worth nothing right now because you have not done anything. And I can relate to this point really well because I'm someone who pursued his PhD did a bunch of projects sent satellites into outer space and did all these things as achievements that you put in your CV and scientific papers and all those kind of things. But when I came into the market, I was surprised or it was a hit to me to see that I was worth nothing like absolutely nothing when I started selling these kind of things until I worked my way to where I am today.
So this is this is just a starting initial condition. So what we're going to do with this tool and the main objective is to get momentum really really fast and we're going to price it and do everything and structure everything not for money not to be a multi-millionaire out of selling AI this tool and apps and so on but more of getting momentum so you can sell more things on the back end and this is where the real money that will come the retainer which is going to come on a monthly basis if they you build out this tool let's say build a quotation for them It's a very nice way to get into the front door and they can visualize it and is a pain they have right now. If you get it into that, the next problem would be if you solve it really well would be I want more people uh get asking for quotation which is leads. That's a lead problem.
You can run ads. You can do cold marketing with AI, cold emails with AI. You can do a bunch of marketing things with AI. You can work on the sales if they're doing sales because let's say you got them a lot of leads, they're not closing.
You can install a sales system. Then you can install a CRM because they have a lot of leads, everything is going on, a lot of moving pieces. How do I manage all this operation with AI? So there's a lot of things you can do later on.
But the most important thing is get your foot into the door and do not price to meet a multi-millionaire. Do not say, "But my worthy hourly cost is $10,000 but per hour and you're telling me to do this." Do not say all of that because trust me, I have been there and it's just a delay. Just do this. Go with the reps and you're going to be astonished or surprised how much money you'll be able to make on the back end with all of this because this is exactly what we have done.
So, this rewards reps. Most people who buy a play like this never run it, which is if they if you if you got through this course or you're going through this program right now, they're not going to run it. Most probably most people they're going to just go through it. What I'm do telling you is that there's a lot of limiting beliefs that would come with this and this is why I'm spending time on this part.
Just go past this point and just take this tool that I'm giving you, go to market, sell it, get some clients and be surprised by what would happen afterwards. So what's the opportunity over here? The opportunity is as I said, I've taken data from the government of Dubai. I've downloaded the data.
It's around 1 something million businesses, active businesses right now. And there were approximately 3,300 or 600 categories or let's say niches that people are doing things in Dubai. And I categorized all of them, scored them based on this tool over here, who's likely to buy. And we ended up with 93,871 active businesses. and 40,000 of them almost are registered since 2020.
Meaning that's the young AI open sweet spot. That means there's a lot of businesses that exist just in Dubai. Then you have Abu Dhabi, you have Sharta, you have a you have all the Emirates. You can go and look at businesses over there.
This is just based on the data of Dubai. So your market is big enough if you want to just get started with this tool. And this is just one tool. We can have many tools.
There's one one tool over here and we're going to go into the details of this. So, what we're going to cover is sell it before you build it, which is the offer. How we're going to sell the results, not the app itself, not the software itself, and why this is only an entry offer. Then we're going to talk about who to sell it to, which is the 22 businesses.
What to tell them, what's their pain point, what's their language, what's the price you're going to put, what you're going to write as your script, if you're going to reach out to them, how are you going to set up the app for them 22 times in 22 rows customized to each category. Then we're going to talk about offer and pricing. What's the guarantee? What's your offer?
What's your pricing? Then I'm going to hand over the app to you. the deliverable what you're going to give it to them because I built this complete app for you and I'm going to give you a cost calculator in terms of how much would it cost you or what's the expense of running this app and how much you should charge. I'm going to give you the full details over there. Then I'm going to tell you what to deliver exactly once someone pays.
We're going to talk about how to do your operations, what's the onboarding looking like, how to keep the customer, how to upsell them to other things and all those kind of things. Then we're going to talk about how to reach them in terms of how to get the leads for this tool that I'm going to give you. Then we're going to talk about the objections that I've been hearing around this tool over and over again and how you can answer all those objections. And then we're going to talk about how to close them, which is essentially sales on the call and then keeping the clients.
Essentially, what I said is operations. It's part of the operations, but how can we keep the clients and we keep and upsell them and get the testimonial and the case study so you can move on and get more clients. This is exactly what we're going to cover with the full thing. I've thought it through your every question because we've run this as well as a workshop.
So, every single question from there and every single question you may have or you may think, oh, I don't know how to get leads for this. I don't know how to sell. I don't know how to write an offer around this everything I've given you. So, you just need to take it and just apply and go sell.
So, the five-step play over here very simply is you're going to pick one category who to sell to any one of them. I've we're going to go into the details of this. Then you're going to set the app for them. You're going to build a list.
I'm going to tell you exactly what to tell them, how to build the list. You're going to reach out to them showing them, hey, I built this app for you. This is customized for your business. Are you interested or not?
No worries if you're not interested. And you keep on doing this every single day. And I guarantee you if you do this, you're going to get clients and if you get your couple first clients, you're not going to be a multi-millionaire out of this offer over here or this tool, but it's going to sell and open a lot of doors in the back end for you. And if you're selling in another country, because this is one of the questions I got, this is based on the governmental data, but in appendix A, I tell you how to rebuild this exact who to sell to for any market or any country.
That's for the start. And now let's begin into the sell it before you build it. So what you are selling and what you are not selling. This is very important for you to understand because the definition I'm going to give you in the product over here is just for you to understand what this is.
This is not what you're going to tell your clients because your clients do not want to hear AI. What you are selling or the product over here is a small tiny singlepurpose AI tool. the customer or the customers or your clients, the people you're going to give this app to will send a photo and a form. They're going to fill out bunch of details in a form and within 90 seconds they're going to get a price code which is a range let's say or depending on the details that the client or your client will give you and it's going to give them a before and after image of how this would look like if they work with your client for their customers. And then there's a be there's going to be a call to action which is book a site visit or ask particular details whatever their call to actions they want to be.
And behind it the owner which is your client will only get access to an admin page where they're going to see every single lead. They can click a button to export the leads. There are settings. They can close the form, open the form.
They can look at certain statistics and so on. Oh, by the way, don't worry. I give you this deliverable, this full tool app to you. You just need to customize it for the client.
And this on purpose is tiny and very simple because I'm going to keep on repeating this small small promises or small apps and tools are easier to sell and easier to deliver because they're believable. You're not changing their lives, but you're solving a tiny problem over here. So the outcome you sell, this is what you're going to tell your clients. And this is why I'm explaining to over here just so you understand how you frame everything.
You're not going to tell them, "Hey, this is an amazing AI tool I built for you. It's going to change your life." You're going to sell them the outcome, never the software, the tool or AI because nobody wakes up in the morning and thinking, "Hey, I need to buy AI today from this amazing person I saw on YouTube because he said AI is good." They don't think that way. people think or these businesses that you're going to sell to think that they want more jobs, they want more quotes, send Cindy, they want more leads, they want more clients, they want more cash in, they want faster quotes, let's say they want faster leads to be handled and nurtured, they want particular things and that is the outcome they want. So, just to go with the text over here, they want the result, more coats out faster. So, they win the job that they lose today because the coat arrives too late for that hot buyer that's searching around between a lot of people and there's this lucky person over there that just gives them a quote immediately.
So, always sell the outcome, which is more codes, faster codes, more jobs, more leads, one and and do never and never never pitch AI or this is AI. I'm going to add AI within your business. Fra and also this is another important frame. Frame it as new money towards your business.
Never as saving time or saving 10 hours within your business because I had this AI agent or being efficient because a stranger on the internet or a stranger in real life will not hire you or take money from you for optimization of something they have right now. They they'll not hire you and say, "Hey, can you I'm sell I'm sending a bunch of cold emails. It's making me a bunch of money. Can you come in and change the subject for me?" The subject line.
The strangers will not tell you that. Maybe a warm audience. If they have a warm audience, someone's warm. That person knows you for a couple of years or a couple of months or has paid you money in the past for something which is the point of what we're sending here.
We will get them to that point. They're going to tell you, "Okay, can you optimize this particular thing for me?" Then yes for example before AI just so you get this point people used to sell websites as soon as they sell the website what would that client or person say can you do SEO for me now because they they don't start with SEO SEO the stranger won't come to you and say hey can you do SEO for me a stranger will come to you and say can you build a website for me or can you optimize whatever or do this particular thing because I don't have a website right now once you build that website They're going to say, "Okay, can you now do SEO for me and do the optimization of this website that you just built me that's bringing me new money?" So, this is what exactly and how you're going to frame this. This is new money for them. You're not optimizing anything.
So, the one line that says over here, you are not buying software. You're going to tell your clients you are buying the jobs you are losing right now because you do it or you code or you invoice their exact language we're going to see over here who to sell because it arrives too late for that hot buyer that's running around and asking a couple of other people as well and whoever just is kind of gets the fastest code. If you do it in 9 seconds, you're going to get that and you have have a highly like or high probability of closing those clients if you do it for your customer. This is what you're going to sell.
So you see the difference between the product and the outcome. Yes. Amazing. So now let's talk about the problem.
This product you are selling solves for this outcome over here and one that using or by solving one problem. The problem it is solving this is for your understanding it's slow quotes. It's not solving anything else. Not lead generation, not marketing, not sales, not their life, not their fitness, not their relationship with their employees, nothing else.
It's a tiny problem which is they're now quoting slowly because of XY Z. This tool that I'm going to provide you is going to make it faster and the fast and slow we're going to quantify that but that's all you're selling. It does one small job and does it really well and that is exactly why this is an easy yes. It is a small believable process or promise instead of a big shaky one where you're going to say I'm going to transform your marketing department and add AI agents five AI agents that are going to do your market content sales and all these kind of things.
This is a small thing. This is a tiny thing and this is by design and this sal. They're very important. This is validated.
This is not a YouTube video kind of thing. Hey, look at this. I built this marketing army and now you you need to do it for your clients and change your lives because this is amazing and so on. It's something believable.
It's something or towards a pay and it's something proven as well because we've sold it many time. And last and not least important point, it is an entry offer meaning it's small, cheap, and low risk. It's your foot into the door. It's not your multi-millionaire Lamborghini mansion kind of play.
This is not it. Whoever tells you that, this is not it. You don't do that by selling apps. You don't do that by selling chat bots.
This is your foot into the door because we've done it over and over again. I'm telling you from what we've done. Don't go that route thinking if it's going to make you a millionaire. It's your foot into the door to make you a millionaire.
So the money is in what you sell after which is the retainer to maintain it. The lead generation that comes after it the ad sequence the ad the ads I mean the email sequence the other tools that you're going to build within the business. You're going to keep on stacking things increasing your price because you got proof and also selling other things to build this big full system for them. So the most important point for you is to land this offer over here.
Prove it to them, gain their trust, raise prices, stack deliverables, and then you're on route to becoming a millionaire. A client who trusts you with one thing will most probably buy the next five. So now let's talk about who to sell to. So now you understand the complete overview in terms of what we're doing and you kind of understand what the product is and what you're going to tell your clients.
Now the question is who is it exactly the person we are going to sell to and this is a very very common question and a lot of people who start out in this business or selling these kind of things get stuck on the niche who is my market who is my audience who is my ICP who is that person that I'm going to sell to well I answered this for you in this video over here in lesson in the spreadsheet you can have it and you can pick the main objective I want you to take away from this. We're going to go through the details, but the main objective is that you just pick one of these. If you don't know how to pick any one of these 22 over here, which I've filtered out for you as scored and tell you why they are a good fit and we have sold two as well. If you can't pick pick, just pick this one at the top, first one.
If you want to if if if you if you think that many people who watch this video are going to pick the first one, pick the third one or pick a boring one that's here that you feel nobody would pick, just pick one and go on with it because these businesses buy and this is your foot into the door to other things. So let's go through the details over here. This is based on the governmental data that I told you about. If I can go on the sheet over here, this is the full landscape.
So you can see there's a lot of categories and you can see the scoring over here of the categories and you can see the active businesses that exist within Dubai Dubai governmental data which is where I got all these from and you can see the percentage changes over here. So you can see they're around 39 oh no this is 300 3,292 categories based on 1.1 plus million businesses. So that's a lot of categories from a lot of businesses. We picked the top 22 that fit this app or tool over here that are highly likely to buy plus have bought from us as well.
So the examples are floor and wall tiling. People who want to floor and wall tiling, they take pictures of their floor and they can get the before and after picture with a coat. Right? So, floor on wall tiling.
I can give you a full details of why this is the right niche and what you're going to do about it. I want to just read it out for you so you have the full picture. If you're not going to go through the sheet, at least you're going to hear it from me. So, floor and wall tiling.
You have carpentry and wood flooring. You have plaster works. You have fall ceiling and partitions. You have painting.
You have wallpaper. You have in interior decoration and fit out. You have swimming pools. You have autod denting and painting, kittens, landscaping and gardening.
And you can see the score become eights over here. So engraving and ornamentation. Then you have clothing and facade. Then you have signage, billboards and neon.
Then you have exhibition stands. You have AC install and maintenance. Building and residential cleaning. You have glass and aluminum, auto detailing, PPF, tint and accessories, custom cakes, sweets and pastries, upholstery and furniture refurb curtains and blinds.
And this is the 22 niches or categories. You can pick one. Just close your eyes, pick anything because the only ask I'm asking you over here just pick a niche and go ahead. So let's assume and go through the details so you understand everything within the row over here.
So let's assume you picked floor on wild tiling. The fit score is nine. So it's a very high fit score for the app that we are building. Amazing.
Then the fit reason is they have a high value fit out price per square meter from a floor photo and the measure then quote visit is the bottleneck and before after in this kind of niche cells that number of active businesses in Dubai only not the other Emirates as well. You can look at the other Emirates as well which is in Dubai 43,643. The growth since 2021 of these businesses so is it a growing market or category or not has been 71%. Their word is quote some of them are not code.
These people for example use quotation other people use other things. You're going to be using their exact wording. And then moving on to their pain right now. So what happens when they want to uh they want to just tell and code someone for floor and wall tiling right now they have on their website a free site to visit.
They need to click or the customer or the client needs to come and click over there their customers and book an appointment or WhatsApp them and WhatsApp them tell them the details and then book an appointment look when they're free maybe after one week. Then they go to visit the site, take a bunch of picture, take measurements, come back to their office, free up a day or two or whenever they have time and write that quotation, send that quotation back. This is a lengthy process for just the customer or their customer to imagine what's happening over here. So the bottleneck is this and this becomes a bottleneck as well for them a constraint when they are busy.
That is the pain point we are solving over here. So remember we're solving for slow slow quotes the what you're going to see here within the rows the columns are customized or what are personalized the the generic statement or problem towards this kind the the exact category over here so it's like that laser pinpoint sniper focused towards a category this is their exact pain but all of them are slow quotes so what do they do right now as I said they have a free site visit plus a written itemized quotation measured per square meter by tile type. So they have a bunch of tiles, they have a bunch of patterns, they have a free site visit and they have book via phone or WhatsApp on their website and their tech level. This is very important because there are people who are are techsavvy or very technical.
There are people who have no clue or don't even have PCs let's say. So this their tech level over here is medium. is very important for you to understand based on how technical do you speak to them. So triggers to look for look at websites where they have book a free visit or visit for a quote or send a WhatsApp for a quote. Look for websites that have no online pricing.
Look for websites that have WhatsApp buttons. Look for Instagram accounts that have also WhatsApp us here. And we're going to talk about how if you want more details and all those kind of things. These are the triggers you're going to be looking for online.
Their job value is anywhere between 3,000 dirhams to 20,000 dirhams per job. For example, a bathroom is 4,500 to 8,000 dirhams. A one bed bedroom apartment is 12,000 to 20,000. A villa is 45,000 plus.
So there's a big range over here. Worst case scenario, best case scenario, whatever you get them as clients or help with your app that you're going to give them is going to be within this range. That's the value you're going to provide to them. Very important.
So they can see or you can tell them about the ROI they're going to get. So how much do you charge if this is the value? Remember if you're just starting out, you want momentum and this is not going to make you a millionaire. This is going to get your foot into the door for other things.
So an entry over offer over here. If you have no clients and this is your first one to three clients, you have no proof, no case study. You never done this in your life, you can charge 500 dirhams for setup and say 10 uh we're going to take 10% of every job the tool wins out of them. For example, if you set up this this app for them, you're going to charge them 500 dirhams and then they sell something for 20,000 dirhams.
You're going to take 10% of that. Now your question maybe because I got this question as well in the workshop maybe how do I track if they close a client or not though maybe they don't tell me they close the answer I'd give you is remember what I told you you're charging for momentum you're structuring everything for momentum you're getting your foot into the door it doesn't matter if you don't get that 10%. Who cares if you don't get that 10%. This is not going to make you a multi-millionaire. is gonna get you running and this is your first one to three clients.
Do you expect to be a multi-millionaire at this point? Nobody cares. You're gonna say it, but nobody cares. So, you can do that or you can charge a flat 2,000 build with a 60 day money back guarantee.
We're going to get into details of this when you get into offer pricing, but essentially this means I'm going to build it out for you. If you use it and you don't get results, I'm going to give you your full money back. See, very important point I'm going to repeat. You whatever happens over here, even if they don't pay you, you're winning.
You're getting the better part of the deal. Even if they don't pay you, because you have no proof at this point. If this happens, they don't pay you. I'm taking the worst case scenario.
You don't make money out of it, but you get the client, what's going to happen is you're going to go to the next person and say, "Hey, I've did it for this company. This is the the thing that I did. Are you interested in me doing it for you as well? So you have you can you have more momentum.
You show more people. Trust me when I tell you this. This this this was a big thing for me as well when I got started because pursuing my PhD and coming into business and all this. I have self-worth.
I'm going to charge at least 20,000 dirhams for this AI thing. At least I'm going to charge that. You know how much my salary was? You know how much they were paying me?
You know what I did? The market does not care if you're just starting out. Just close your eyes, take it as a period, and just go through it and get your clients, get your case study. Then you can start increasing your prices, which I'm going to show you.
So, do it for your first one to three clients. Either of this doesn't matter. Then, you're going to price for profit. First, you're going to price for proof.
Then, you're going to price for profit. Once you're proven, you have let's say three case studies, three clients were happy with the results. Even if they did not pay you, even but you're not going to say, "Don't pay me. I'm going to do it for free." You're going, you're going to put your conditions at the very beginning.
Then you can start increasing prices. So instead of 500, you're going to say a 10 times price increase. I'm going to charge 5,000 for building it out and then 750 per month to maintain it. And most probably you don't need to maintain it much.
Then you can go 7,000 or 10,000 to build it and 2,000 to maintain it. You can keep on going on later on. The most important part is get someone just anyone. And within the niche, of course, like don't go like ask your friends that have have nothing to do with this.
But within the niche, this is the most important point. We're going to go into details in the next video in the next lesson. So what's the break even for them? So you price or the price you see over here you're going to see for every niche is different kind of it depends on what do they sell and how much they sell it for every niche we take a percentage and make sure one client at the worst case scenario will make up for whatever they're going to pay you plus profits.
So that's that's the mo main point because what your marketing or your messaging will be. I'm going to get you more jobs or it's going to help you close more jobs, new money, and you're going to not just cover the costs you gave me, but you're also going to make profits on top of that. Just one job. You just need one client.
You just need one, let's say, room cover. You need one job cover here. It's called a job. You one villa will cover.
So you just need one of whatever to cover. This is the most important point because this is going to go in your sales calls or you when you're going to negotiate with them. So where are you going to find them? The floor and wall tiling people.
You can look at Google maps. You can look at tiling companies in Dubai. You can look at any emirates. You can look at Dubisil.
There's a lot of over there. You can look at community groups. You can look at hardware suppliers. You can look at Google maps and look at as much as you want.
If you're doing on Instagram, you can type it on Instagram. If you're doing it on LinkedIn, you can filter it out as owner MD or GM or founder. You can put the industry as construction, the geography, Dubai in this case, but you can put any Emirates. You put the headcount as 1 to 50.
The keyword being tiling, which is you're looking for tiling, and you're going to get a bunch of people. The same goes for any of these carpentry in Dubai. Write this building materials. If you want to do plaster works, you can look at these.
You have a lot of let's say ways of finding the people. We're going to get into details, but this is an overview of how to find them. This is for LinkedIn filters. Terminology to use.
You're going to say quotation. How much does a site visit cost you or or how much are you time does it take to do a site visit? You're not going to say how much time does it take to access or whatever random word over there. You're going to use their terminology.
These are their terminologies. You're going to say per square meter. You're going to be say labor rate, itemized quote, not with a Z, with an S because that's how they write it. You're going to say waterproofing.
You're going to use and drop these words whenever you feel they're fit to drop because that's their words, their language. You're not going to say, "I'm going to fix your pitch. I'm going to fix the packages you have. We're going to write the scope of work.
This is a document. We're going to talk about retainers or deliverables." This is not their language. They don't get it. They get this.
The same goes for all the other niches. I've given you all the terminology, what to say, what not to say. Amazing. Now, once you find them, what are you going to say exactly?
This is where it comes to this part over here, voice notes. So, we're going to go into details how you're going to do it, but let's assume you found someone on LinkedIn and you just uh sent them a a message, a connection, and you said you saw them do tiling and you want to send them a voice note. You're going to take your phone, click the voice note, look at their name, and say after after connecting with them by 24 hours, you're going to say something like, "Hey, Ahmed, I saw that you're doing tiling or floor and wall tiling or whatever their company name is within this industry. I saw you do a bunch of tiling.
I have an opportunity for you which I want to tell you about is that we've worked with a couple of floor and wall tiling companies so far and we've noticed that they have the problem of the site visit. It's taking a lot of time and there's a lot of jobs to be done and you go into the details based on that account. This should be personalized to that account. I'm giving a generic one over here but should be personalized to that account.
You can take ideas from here but don't sound like this exactly because you're going to sound like a robot. So you're going to say something like uh we we've just worked with X company. If you work with X company or we've built an app exactly for floor and wall tiling and this and we've noticed this industry really suffers from slow quotes because of the site visit and so on. The what we can do or what we have built with this tool is that we can speeden that up and um within 90 seconds any customer that you have will see the exact product they want fit on the exact wall they have or exact floor they have and um they can see the quotation and reach out to you.
How does that sound? If you do you mind if I send you a demo of it on your own jobs and if you don't like the opportunity or you don't like what you're hearing it's completely fine. we can just um no worries like I just wanted to let you know like sound like a human. This is the most important point I'm trying to make. So this is for the voice note.
The same goes for the video. So if you're going to record a video, what you're going to say is you're going to say something like, "Hey, first name. Hey Ahmed, this is Adam from I saw your account and you did a B and I saw a bunch of floor and tiling things you did for exclient or for your company or whatever you saw over there. Make it personalized to them. share the screen if you have to and say I have this quick opportunity for you that I wanted to run by where right now we see in the floor and wiling and wall tiling industry here in Dubai that many people don't actually respond to their clients really fast and an example of a recent client we had is that there was a buyer in the market that was his wife was wanted to deliver and the floor was ceramic and they wanted to put this floor tiling or whatever like you you under you're going to get the market better when you're going to go through this and because they were worried if the child starts walking and falls down and bangs their head it's going to be very painful for them.
So this person was on the market but was looking around and the people were not responding very fast to them until this one person who responded really fast and that person understood that he can do the job and went forward with the job. This is the exact system that you can see over here that will do that for the clients that are within the market right now who want to buy and I assure you there are a lot of people within Dubai because I know that the you can go into the statistic say I know that since 2021 we're almost double with the amount of floor and wall tiling just in Dubai but other Emirates included maybe we're way beyond that. So this is just a quick demo of what we have built out. Then you go through the demo and show them exactly what you build out for them.
So then they're going to get an aha and then they're going to be like, "Yeah, I I I would love to hear more about this." Then they would get on a call for you. Then we're going to come into what you're going to say on the call itself. So you get the idea, right? It's basically you have the app, everything is ready, customize it to the person and run them by the opportunity and do this on volume.
So this is for the exact person over here. Of course, we have for other niches, what you're going to say, how are you going to say it? It's all over here. So the target slice, who to target, who not to target.
Do not target and skip large B2B fit out subcontractors who bid develop developer tenders by BOQ, not a home owner photo. This is not the right person for you. What I gave you will get you the right person. You're going to target the consumer renovation slice, which are independent tiling contractors doing villa, apartment, bathrooms, kitchens, and floors for homeowners either off their website or off of WhatsApp right now.
This is who you're going to target. And the app setup for the niche essentially you're gonna take this when I'm going to give you the app you're gonna put it with an AI any AI of your choice and together you're going to customize it for this exact person for their exact logo their exact colors and everything and you can demo that. I hope this is super clear. I just push on the final point that I made at the very beginning.
If you don't know what to choose, close your eyes just exactly how I'm doing it right now and say stop and choose this. Oh, it's auto denting and painting score nine. I'm gonna do that. If you just choose something.
So, now let's move on to the offer and pricing. The offer, the guarantee and pricing. We're going to go into the details, the full details of what sells for this exact offer. After this, you should be super clear about the full overview what you are selling the product itself and what you're going to say, who you are selling to exactly what the offer is and the pricing and the guarantee is over here.
So, if you have no case studies, if you're just starting out, the real and only question the client or anyone who speaks with you right now is, "Will I lose my money working with you?" Or, "Will you lose my money if I just give you a bunch of money and you just destroy it?" You are seen as a risk if you have no case studies, no matter what your credibility is. Again I repeat this point for the third time almost within the lessons is that I pursued my PhD did a bunch of amazing things sent to outer space and had a lot of achievement had this position and everything came into business I was worth nothing and me coming into business I thought I was worth something until I proved myself within business with case studies with testimonials and with the work I did. So not worth my time does not work in business. So what's going to save you out of all of this is a guarantee over here if you have no case study at the very beginning.
So every first pitch that you're going to do will be with a guarantee. Don't hide the guarantee because what I see some people do is they have a guarantee. Yes, but they don't talk about it or it's buried down within the offer itself. You're gonna say this as the first thing when you're going to do your marketing are going to be talking to people.
You're gonna say within this time like 60 days if you use this tool that I'm going to give you to this particular niche and you don't get better or more results and you make sure that you use it as well and I'm going to give you your your full money back. You're going to lose no money. This is this is how you're going to speak because small promises this is a tiny promise over here are small are very easy to keep for you and they're going to deliver the result. There's a high likelihood and this is a small promise and this is the reason why it's a small promise if you have no case studies yet and at the very beginning and this is just a side quest I want to go on to.
You may not have the courage and this is completely fine by the way. You may not have the courage to take money from a client or from someone while knowing I've never done this but I'm going to test it on this client. You may not have you may feel uncomfortable within but this is the starting point and this is how you begin and I guarantee will save you from that. And the reason this app is a very tiny small promise is to get over that feeling that you may have because I understand I have been there.
So the line you're going to keep on selling or saying is that I'm going to build it for you for whatever number which is 500 DS let's say and if after 60 days if you use it and you're not winning more jobs from faster codes that you're sending with a before and after photo I'm going to refund you the full amount. That's the exact line you're going to say. And you can protect yourself on top of this where you're going to make it a condition saying that this only applies if you actually use the form that I'm going to give you. If we actually use the app that I'm going to give you.
If you're going to send if you're running ads right now, you're going to send that traffic from that ads or a portion of that to this app. If you're doing content, you're going to make call to actions to this app. like they should and must use it. If they don't use it, of course they're not going to get the results. If they don't get the results, they did not use it.
Of course, they can't get this refund because they did not use it. So, this is how you're going to protect yourself. You have three types of guarantees which you can use and you can play with. You can do a money back full refund guarantee.
If this does not happen within 60 days, I'm going to refund you your full amount. This is how the person will answer or you're going to kill the objection of can I lose money or will I lose money working with you. I'm going to give you a full refund. So you lose no money.
Like very logically this is your default as a beginner if you're starting out. You can do it pay on results, meaning that you're only going to pay me money when you get a result, like a 10% of every single job, but you're going to take a build fee of 500, let's say, dirhams, and you're going to going to take 10% a performance. So almost there's almost no risk over here. If you're going to go full full aggressive mode, say, I'm not going to take any money.
I'm just going to take 10% of every job you close from this. So, that's a client for you. If they pay you nothing and they're like not going to tell you about the sales they're going to make, fine. You got a client.
You see, you at least see the leads that are coming in and you at least can say this app that I built for client X got 200 leads within 14 days. How juicy is that headline for the next client you're going to get? If that person is bad, they're not going to pay you and not going to tell you. Fine, there's 43,000 more based on the niche you choose, of course, but I'm I'm thinking of the first niche that we saw.
So, performance over here. Then you have conditional and stipulated, meaning that you only will get your refund if X happens or if Y happens. If you use this, this protects you. So, this is the guarantee types that you have.
So very very important for you to answer this question of can I lose money by these guarantees over here and then let's talk about the pricing right now there is no fixed price I want to give you and this is on purpose you're this depends on how well you can negotiate and let me give you this this idea over here if you say I am worth 10,000 let's say because I know system engineering I'm a software engineer I've developed this software for X company and now I know I'm going to charge 10,000 for this tool over here. Fine, charge it. Go to market with that price. Test it out for a while.
If nobody buys, the idea is, which is a wild idea, lower that price. There's nothing wrong with it. But the market is giving you feedback that this is too highly priced and not because you are not worth it. You're definitely worth it 100%.
But you have no case studies at the moment. You're new at this. I want to see more proof and I'm thinking, can I lose my money if I work with you? So guarantee a lower price.
It's going to help you sell more. So very very important price for momentum, not to be a millionaire within this offer over here. Millionaire will come after this offer. So stage one, if your first one to three clients, you have no proof.
You're going to price for proof, not profit. You're going to lead with performance. A small 500 setup fee, for example, then 10% of every s every job you sell out of this or a low flat build, which is $2,000, 2,000 dirhams, I mean, with a 60-day guarantee. If you don't if you use it, of course, the stipulation over is conditional.
If you use it and you don't get the results, I'm going to give you all your money back. This is stage one. Then after you get one to three case studies, your stage two. Now you can increase your prices a bit and add a small retainer saying that I'm going to manage this for you because you have proof now.
Even if this person doesn't didn't didn't give you the money, even if they were not honest, you have proof now. You can increase prices and you can sell at increased prices because you have proof now and you have momentum going on. This is the hardest part. Now you have proof after let's say five to 10 case studies you are proven you can increase prices even more and you can just keep on going up from here.
Do you get the idea? Because the first client if that client stick with you with this entry offer you most probably are right now doing other things for that client. Now you are proven you don't do this tool only. You can tell people we started with this tool then we can expand into email marketing or running ads or all these nice things that we have done for client X Y and Zed up till now.
Then you are proven but never open up from here. This is a very important point. Don't start over here. You may get lucky.
And a quick story is that I got lucky with this at the very beginning. So my revenue when I started uh a couple of years back is that it went peak then it dipped for a long while because I got lucky at the very beginning. There were people that knew me within the space even there were they were not related to the niche that I was going to and they just wanted to help me out. I realized that the hard way.
They didn't tell me I'm helping you out. They just okay let let me pay you amount of money. But it went flat right after that because I started here and I was lucky that people wanted to support me. They gave me a bunch of money but then it went flat.
So very important point go through the sequence over here. And very very other next important point don't make it super complex for this offer. Make or add two mechanisms max of guarantees and all these kind of things. Don't say we're going to do a guarantee.
I'm going to give you your full money back if X and Y and Zed if you do X and Y and Zed, I'm going to charge a setup fee. And after two clients that you get, I'm going to charge a performance fee of 10%. And after five clients, I may reduce that to 8%. And then after 100 clients, I'm going to reduce that to 5%.
And then I'm going to do a monthly retainer after that just to maintain everything. Don't do all of this. Do two max. You're pricing and you're structuring everything for speed over here and momentum.
So, you can do a setup. I'm gonna charge 500 to set it up. Then, I'm gonna take 10%. Or I'm going to charge five 2,000.
I'm going to charge 700 or 500 to maintain it. Like only two at this point. Only choose two. The best option is choosing just one because very clear and simple.
But maximum maximum if you need to do it, do two. Don't do three. Never do three. So raising prices and pricing right now.
Never increase prices for the sake of increasing prices. So what happens is that once you get your three clients here, let's say, and you want to increase your prices, increase price, add something, add a simple deliverable. Let's say now that you get this form and once a lead comes in, I add an email sequence next to it. for the next seven days where you're going to tell them about the brand, your business, your company, other tiles, other businesses or other case studies you did. Like you're going to have an email sequence.
You're going to add it to every lead that comes in within your form and you increase price. You get you get where we're going, right? Then when you increase price again, add something else. You're going to they're going to tell you their problems.
You're going to know like every every case is different but you're going to know exactly what what they want once you start working with them. This is why this is very important and then you can raise a retainer. So a client can give you 2,000 for initial build to then giving you 5,000 per month just to maintain the things you have for them. This is very very nova.
This could be 15,000 20,000 per month just to maintain things. And it started with a 2,000 thing just a one time or 1,000 or 500. Very very important. So this is the pricing ladder.
So how performance pricing is controlled? This is one of the questions I got also in the workshop. Uh so if you price on results, you stay in control because you've built the app or the tool, you host the tool, they have access to the admin dashboard. We're going to go through a demo.
You're going to understand all of this. You're going to see every single lead that comes in. You're going to see every single detail that comes in. That's your tracking for for for your sake.
If for example an I'm just going to give you an example. If they got 50 leads month one, month two they got 200 leads, there's an increase in leads, right? Something changed there. You're going to look then you're going to see the number of site visits that happened.
Then you're going to see the export. You're going to see a lot of details, the analytics and so on. You're going to you're going to see how everything is changing. You're going to have a sense of it.
It's hard to tell you unless you are in it and you see the tool itself and you see it going on. So you're you're going to get this. So the RO math on the call. So very very important when you're on the call talking about your offer which we just talked about you're not going to sell them the features you're going to do math with them and very very simple math.
Don't just derive formulas over there but very very simple math. You're going to say you send maybe 15 codes a week. Each code takes you one to two hours to do and this is of course after a site visit that you do. That means 15 site visits.
That's fuel costs, that's time, traffic, the commute, finding the place, the heat, like you talk about all the things that going on. This drops all of that and makes it under 2 minutes, let's say in 90 seconds, and replies instantly. So, you have more qualified people. You win more of the ones that you lose today.
And you can get even more quotes out and get more sites visits out because you've qualified the right and hottest ones after they know the details. You're not just uselessly doing a throwing and see what sticks. So what you're going to tell them and we're going to do it at this price or this is the price and remember when I told you and who to sell the break even. You're going to say one extra job for you covers this and gives you more profits as well.
You're going to frame it or frame the price against one job. This build is 500 dirhams. One job from you covers it and you keep profits in your pocket. And we're going you saw this and then the details of all of this.
Now you understand the overview, who to sell it to, your product, the offer pricing. Now let's talk about the app itself, how to set it up or the tool itself and how to deploy it as well. So, I'm not telling you go and build the app and the tool and take your time to get into the technical details and all those kind of things. I'm giving that app to you.
I'm handing it over to you. Your job is to download it, brand it to the business you're going to sell or give it to, and then put it live. You can change anything you want with using natural language English, saying that, for example, change the colors and the logos to match the colors of this company. change this logo to match this this logo. Change the text in the form to be XY Z.
That's all you're going to do. You're not going to go through code. You're not going to learn AI. You're not going to learn anything.
I've done all that for you. I just hand it over to you and I'm going to tell you how to configure it. So, the app comes or the tool comes to you with everything wired like everything is connected. You just create a bunch of accounts over here just one time and you just connect it to this app over here and you can run it as much as you want.
Most of these are free by the way and you most probably will not use a lot of it like the you won't need the paid versions of these unless or accept open AI because this is exactly or the AI that reads we're going to talk about the cost over here how much it costs you. It's not that costly by the way. And cloud code which is or you can use codeex which is the AI you're going to use to modify everything in English. That's the only thing.
This is free. Superb base resend. This is free for I think 1,000 emails. You're not most not going to hit that.
I think it's even more. Upstach is free. Injest is free. Versel is free.
All this is free. You just connect them. You make accounts and you're good to go. So what you're going to do is you're going to download the app.
It's a zip file. You're going to open up in cloud code. You're going to follow the setup guide that I've given you in there and you're going to paste the keys that you're going to have from these and then your app is running. In just a few minutes, you're going to see or you will be able to upload a picture and upload a bunch of details.
They're going to have an account the clients that you're going to have and they can get the exact image of how the before looks like based on the image they put. Let's say they put them an image of a of a wall. They see what how it looks like after they work with this particular person. Like they're going to see all the difference and all the details is over there.
The settings everything is over there. So only customize and this is a very important point. Brand it, the name, colors and the client logo. Set the questions what the photographs are.
What are the prices of the customer or the client that you have? What are the ranges? How much do they charge? What do they charge for? and you just tighten everything up to match and be personalized to this person.
You copy the exact app over and over again for every single person. It's very easy. This just takes you 10 to 15 minutes to do, by the way, for every single client. So, in an hour, you can get six apps out for six different clients.
Let's say five, let's say four. You you take your time. So, the details will all be in the setup guide. Now I want to show you the next part of it which is the cost calculator because I think you have the question of how much would this cost me?
What's the expense of running this business? It's not that much by the way. So the cost calculator is as follows. Let's there are two parts of the cost of someone using this app.
And the first part is when someone enters information and a photo that's cost. And when someone or you create a photo, the after photo, the before photo, for example, I take a photo of the wall, that's a cost. And the text that goes through with it, which is the information from the form, and what comes back, the wall that's that's after we've worked on it, how it looks like in 90 seconds, let's say less than 90 seconds, that's a cost as well. So you can use a lot of different models over here to cut the cost if you want.
Let's say you use GPT4 O not for or for mini and use let's say GPT image one medium not low just medium I'm keeping it moderate and let's say you get 100 leads per month for this form 100 people ask for images let's say that's a monthly cost of $9 for your AI so the cost per lead is 0.09 09 $9 is around let's say 35 34 dirhams 35 34 dirhams so these are costs you can add any model you want there are cheaper models this could be $4 for 100 leads it's it's not that much this is the main point I'm trying to make so very simply you have the app you can run the app now as much as you want copy it as much as you want sell it as much as you want make money off of it as much as you want and you have the cost calculator to know how much it would cost you to do things. So now let's talk about what the client gets for their money. So what is the deliverable over here? The deliverable very simply is a branded AI tool which you're not going to tell them it's an AI tool but for you to understand a branded AI tool that lives on the client's domain.
You can see it at quote doclient domain whatever it is. For example, our website ciola.ai. It lives on their domain. It's as if it's there.
It's branded with their own colors. And the client has access to it through an account. You're going to give them an account. They're going to be a login page.
They can log in. And once they log in, they're going to have an admin page where they're going to see all the leads that are coming in. They can click on anyone, see the details of the form, see the images that were generated, and they can export all the leads and then they have the settings page which they can uh close the form for example anytime they want and change the prices, add more products, uh just a bunch of details like they are responsible for or based on their information of the business and the context of the business. So the three roles here of who is who within the model you are running right now of what you deliver.
There is you who's going to build the I'm saying build but you have the app already ready. You're going to have the app. You're going to brand it to the colors and the logos of your client. You're going to host it using the to the tools that I gave you over there just that counts.
And you're going to run the tool. Each tool will be for one client. You copy and paste the exact folder, brand it for another client, and you keep on going on. You're going to own the source code.
You're going to own the API keys, and you're going to spin up one instant, meaning one copy per client, and you're going to manage that one copy. The reason is if you make an app with multiple clients in the single app, it's going to be complicated. You don't want you don't want complexity at this point. Now, you want simplicity and you want speed and momentum.
This is exactly what this achieves and you're going to manage it. The client's customer never see you. They don't know who you are even. They don't know.
They don't know you exist. The customer is your client to them. It's an entirely the client's own tool. This is very important.
So then you have the client which is the business you sell to. That business is the business that pays you. Is the tyler, the pool company, the landscaper. They get the branded tool on their own domain as I said and they have a private admin login.
They don't have the source code. They don't have the APIs. They don't have all of that. They have an login.
They log in and they see every lead and code that comes in and they own the data or their data in terms of they can export the leads at any time they want but they never get the code and keys. Then there is a customer which is the customer of the clients. They never see you and they don't know you exist. They're the homeowner or the buyer who lands on the public form that you created for a client that you are invisible to right now.
They upload their photos. They get the price code in 90 seconds and they only ever see that public code page. They see nothing else. They see a page on form to a form to put their images let's say or their details and then the code page and then they get an email as well because they enter their email which is the code of the details which they can access that code anytime they want because they get a link over there.
So the they are the leads that fill the client's admin that the leads of the client are not your leads. So neither you nor the client chases them. The tool captures all of them. So, what happens when a client pays, they give you a setup fee.
What you're going to do is you're going to run a short intake. You're going to take the price bands. Essentially, all the settings you need to add in the settings page of the app. You look at the setting page, you're going to see all of this.
The price bands, the booking link, their sending address, which is their email, their logo, their tone, and who gets notified every single time a lead comes in. Then you build it, you brand it, and deploy it on their own domain, and then you train them for about 30 30 minutes, and they do nothing. This is this is all that happens after the setup fee. And once it's running, there's a monthly fee because you're hosting it.
It's preferable because you saw for 100 leads or even it could be lower, but for 100 leads it costs $9. It's preferred that you put it within that $500 or let's say 500 dirhams. If you're maintaining or you have a monthly fee or 2,000 dirhams, just keep it within that because it costs nothing. Why add complexity to a client and tell them go create an account in XY Z ABC and give me the keys and add money in this account.
Don't add money in this account. You may need a subscription here and all those kind of things. Don't don't don't even bother them. You need speed over here.
Just add it within the the cost and put a margin to that and add profits for yourself. It's fine really. I mean it's fine. Just do that.
Don't don't over complicate I know people over complicate this part. Don't do it. So cover the AI costs and usage and keep it running and tune it. The monthly is why you keep managing it a service and it's not a oneoff.
What they get access to your clients they get a public code page and a WhatsApp flow. This is optional by the way but let's say because some countries don't allow this by the only reason. So the public code page their customers use this and your clients get a private admin dashboard. Every lead the photo the code the before after image close rate by job basically statistics and exports and also the settings.
The data is theirs the leads the quotes and everything that's for the clients. You can even put it in a contract saying everything is yours. I'm never going to use the leads that you're going to get and they live in your own instance only and nobody has access to all of this. only you have access to all of this. That's what you deliver.
And for the operations and how you run it, this is just for your reference. If the client wants the code, they say, I want the source code. I want the tool for myself because this I'm putting you what has happened over here in the scenarios. I want the code.
Can you give me the whole tool and the code? You say, yeah, I can do that. But then you're going to increase the price because that's a separate kind of thing. And you're going to drop the guarantee because there's no guarantee over here.
Like what what guarantee do I get? I'm just giving you a code you want to run yourself. So just this this is this is just a special case. Let's say you're going to do one instance per client as we said.
Copy the full full folder and put it for per client their colors and so on. You have the details over here who owns the API keys. you of course just don't bother them as I told you what it runs and the cost and we just talked about that you and I I just put this by the way as an FAQ for you just in case you have any questions and this is just for your reference as I said like keeping the image on brand of course for example there's this certain tiling company does this certain tile or this color of tile you can put that within the system probably you can customize it within the app just every time someone gives you an image and chooses this tile, put this tile on that image. So this is it's it's a very very simple thing. It the the architecture, the app, everything is ready.
It's just you need to customize it. And that these final few parts, I think it's a good time to review what we did so far. So we started with the full overview. We understood what the product is we're selling.
We understood who exactly to sell to and how to customize the pain point and everything for that person. We understood the offer and the pricing. We understood the app itself and how to deploy it and what we need. We understood the cost of generating those images.
We understood what exactly to deliver to the clients. We understood an FAQ or we have reference to an F um access to an FAQ that in case this certain scenario happens, what do I do? Now the question is how exactly do I reach them? You gave me the script.
Yes, within that, but how do I reach them? So let me give you a bunch of channels. Let me give you my thoughts on these and you can use any of these and all of them work. First po channel is as obvious as as it is is called email.
You can reach a lot of people fast but there is a cost to this initially where you need to set it up, warm up the email, set it up properly and so on. But if you don't want to do cold emails, you can strike this out and go, let's do it for this sake, and go through the LinkedIn. The LinkedIn, what you're going to do is you're going to connect to the right people. You're going to go to this sheet over here, the niche sheet, which is who to sell to.
You had the LinkedIn filters. You're going to connect to the right person based on those filters. You're going to wait 24 hours and then you're going to go through the voice notes transcript that I give you either voice note if you want to do volume like it takes 25 seconds to 1 minute per voice note that's five minutes you can do five people 10 minutes that's 30 30 minutes to 30 people so what you're going to do is you're going to connect with the right person once they accept wait 24 hours after they accept send them that voice note or video that's what you're going to do videos take more time of course, but depending on the client and if you want to close that deal, how convinced you are. Basically, I want the mindset you have is what can I do to one not sound like a robot and two genuinely feel like or that person genuinely feels I want to help them out.
I don't want to sound like an ad. Don't say like um is want to add AI within your business or question mark emoji emoji like don't don't say those kind of things that's that's not how humans speak that machines speak right so just be a human talk to them and genuinely feel you want to help them out and send that message that I told you third way is go on Google maps because that's very very popular here in the UAE many people do it just go on Google maps Type certain name, you're going to see a bunch of companies. Type certain keywords in Google, you're going to see them on Google Maps. You're going to find a bunch of companies.
Find their social platforms. Find their owner, whatever. You can just instantly contact them as well. Instagram, you can use that.
You can send DMs to different Instagram accounts, either from your personal account or from a business account. WhatsApp works. The reply rate of WhatsApp we've tried is really, really high. But if you're using a foreign or unknown number, you're not going to get a lot of replies because there's a lot of awareness over here around do not uh answer numbers you don't know.
There's a lot of scams going on and all those kind of things. So there's a lot of awareness there. They're most probably going to block you if you're a foreign number. So this is just a note over here.
But WhatsApp works then you can use sector platforms such as Dubisil, such as Auto Parts. There's a lot of a lot of platforms for m part particular niches. You can use any of those and see what jobs are there. We can go on Upwork and Fiverr as well.
You can specify the location and see what jobs are asked for or Indeed. I think I think it's Indeed or there's another platform as well for jobs. So if you're selling to from outside the market, if you're not local here, of course lead with LinkedIn. That's what I I'll say because of the WhatsApp thing, your phone number.
There's a lot of awareness around that. So the three touches, you can send a voice note to a niche to a person that you choose on. This is what you're going to do after 24 hours if you choose LinkedIn, let's say, or a video. And then you're going to follow up two days later.
And then you're going to follow up one more time. If you really want to close this person, then you're going to just leave it. You can do seven times if you want to go aggressively. That's that's that's completely fine.
But usually and and people would reply to you. I just want to make this clear. If you do seven follow-ups for the next seven days from the first message, they're going to reply to you. We've we've stated the numbers.
We've recorded every single number. They reply yes. And most probably you can get a client from that as well. Yes.
On the six or seven day, they reply and so on. But the reason I'm telling you one, two, three is because the rate that the people responded on the second or third message was the highest. Meaning that we send the first message by the third message they were highly likely to respond. So uh that's why we kept it three.
You can do it seven. Of course of feel free. Now, I hope this makes it super clear because the metrics you only need to follow here and this is kind of a self-accountability thing is that okay, I know what to do. I know I need to send LinkedIn messages.
So, today I'm going to grab my phone. I'm going to connect to a bunch of people, wait until 24 hours, wake up in the morning, check who accepted uh but you can look at the connections, the followers, you can see who who by recency you can see who accepted. Okay, you got to reach out. Send a voice note.
Close it. Send the voice note. Close it. Send the voice note.
Again, you do volume. Let's say my my target is 10 people per day. If you do more, it's better. You're going to reach results faster, by the way.
But don't get banned. Don't sound like a robot. Do that. Leave your phone, get replies, and then do it again.
Connect with a bunch of people tonight, for example. Tomorrow, send a bunch of voice notes. Like, you get the process, right? This is a self accountability that you need to do on every single day, no matter what method you use over here.
Look, I'll be lying to you if I tell you that you're not going to get any objections. Even when businesses are in pain, they really need this and it's really in demand and it's sending. There's 100% chance you're going to get one of these objections that I'm going to show you. These are objections we have heard for this particular offer.
I'm going to tell you what it means and how you're going to answer them just in case they happen, which they will happen. Like I don't want to be I I don't want you to take the scenario there is a probability that I may get objection. No, there is a 100% probability you will get an objection because humans are that way because all an objection is is fear. fear that they may risk or they may lose money by working with you or you will lose their money or what if they cannot run it themselves and maintain it themselves this app or what it if it costs too much for them and they don't have the budget for it. These are fears they have and humans have fear.
So 100% you're going to get objections and that does not mean you are bad or they disapprove what you have. It's more of they're scared to take the next step in their life and you guide them to the next step and that's the sales part. So do not argue any sentence they tell you as an objection. Just understand what do they really mean with what they're saying and try to work it out.
So let's go through the common objections over here. Objection number one is a risk objection. How do I know it works for me? or they tell you how do I know it will work for my particular niche or market or people. We're going to go into much more details over here but like a specific ones but how do I know it works?
The real question they are asking over here is will I lose or can I lose money by giving you some money to do this for me? This is where you're going to say, "Yeah, we have tried it on XY Z." Or if you have not tried it, you don't have any cases, you're going to say, "Yeah, that's why we have a guarantee where if it did not work, we're going to offer you a full refund." But we're I'm extremely confident that it will work because we've seen proof that it works. But I'm going to offer you a full refund. Well, if you use it u let's say on your platform or whatever way they're going to use it, you're going to use it X way.
And this means you cannot lose money really on this. It's either going to get you more jobs which is going to give you that ROI based on what you paid me. You're going to make a lot more profits or if it did not work within 60 days and you used it, I'm going to give you every single dirham that you gave me back. So there's no risk for you.
So this is what how do I know it works means is can I lose money capability which is I have no time. The real fear here is that if I pay you money, I need to do more work. What you're going to say is that you actually do nothing. If someone tells you I don't have time, you say you actually do nothing over here.
I'm going to build it. I'm going to put it live. I'm going to train you in half an hour only just how you can use it. It's just one page where you're going to see every single quotation or lead and you're going to see every sing and you I'm going to show you how you can get those leads and just export them for yourselves. your customers will fill the form and you just wake up to quotes every single day and if you don't want to join the app as well or go on the app and look at it you don't have time for that as well you're going to get an email every time a customer joins if you wanted to through emails or you get a lead I mean so this is the capability I have no time it is it is expensive which is a budget so the real question they're asking here is it will I get an ROI will it pay for itself so if I tell you today if you give me say so look let's say you don't have $50,000 or dirhams or let's say you have you don't have 500 thousand dirhams okay you don't have that money if I tell you if you give me 500,000 today with full conviction I tell you and I prove to you and I show you the plan I tell you you're gonna I'm going to give you back in 60 days 500 million just give me 500,000 I'm going to give you 500 million Other than the fact is I'm I'm I'm giving you an extreme example, but other than that that fact you're going to make that money if you have to. >> You get [clears throat] what I mean?
So the real question is will I get an ROI? Because you've let's say you you're confident you're going to get an ROI. You're going to make that money for it. So will it pay for itself?
Answer with their own numbers. You're going to say one job you told me costs 20,000 dirhams. I'm charging 500 D for setup and 10% if a job closes. Meaning that if you don't job get jobs closed, I'm not going to get paid.
And if you get a job closed, I'm going to get paid only the 10% where you have made up and covered all the costs plus you have 10 times more profit because you're getting more clients now out of this. So this is the it is expensive part. So three things you will hear. This is more specific objections to this app itself is that my customers want a real person.
This is very very important because we're kind of at that transition phase between tools, digital transformation, AI transformation for such kind of businesses. So this is some objections you may hear. You're going to say it does not replace you. Of course, it hands them a number and a picture in 90 seconds.
So you are so you are the one they are still talking to while the so slow contractors or slow swimming pool contractors or slow whatever are still booking that appointment for the site visit. So this is what my customers want to read person is what if the AI agents gets the wrong price or the price wrong. It does not set a price. You're going to tell them you do.
The AI doesn't imagine a price. you do, you tell me what's your price. It will apply your own rate inside your own brands and you can check every code before it sends as well if you want it. So if you want a button to check every code that has a check or X button, you can do that as well. What about complicated jobs like my job, my way of doing things is that I need to visit their site.
That's very complicated. AI can't go and visit sites. So what what how how would you do that for me? You're going to say those till your get your site visits.
The form flags them and every code ends with a book a visit site button. It just qualifies them even better and gives them an imagination or some even will go ahead without the site visit. So it gives you the easy 70% of the clients and so on. So of course tool set exactly as I show you over here. add yours and make it human.
I mean like go humanizer mode on all these stalls are exit not objections. I need to think about it. What you're going to say is what is the one part you want to be sure about? How much too early?
Don't say don't answer how much too early. If you have they ask you for a price before telling them what they get or what it does or how it look like or the ROI, there's a high, let's say 99% chance they're going to say no, they're not going to buy from you. Make sure they understand what the product is and not in an AI terms way, in an outcome terms way. It depends on the setup.
Let me show you what you get first. This is if you get the how much I need to ask my partner what will they want to know that I have not covered. This is exactly what you're going to tell them for the objections. So as I said you're 100% there's 100% chance you're going to get objections.
So prepare for them because these are the most common ones and every other objection you're going to get that's not over here is a form or shape of these. All our efforts so far from who to sell to, what we're selling, the deliverable itself, the product, the offer and the pricing, the setup, the cost calculator, and everything we did before, the objections, the operations, how are you going to reach these people? What you're going to tell them are all to get them on this call and mainly the guarantee as well. Answering the question of will I lose money if I work with you?
Now, when they're on the call, you can run the call in many ways. I like to call calls or the call you're going to have with this person as a session of clarity and a dance of emotions and psychology. So this is we can go very deep into this but let me just give you some highlights in terms of how you're going to run the call because this is not or the way we've structured the offer itself with the guarantee with the pricing with the small promise we are solving for is an easy yes by itself. So you don't need to be an extreme salesperson with a lot of tactics and go up and down, right and left to get the money out on this person because everything we've structured it in a way that it sells.
So closing the call or winning the sale on the call runs on two main things. It is the belief that it will make them money, the client will get money and the urgency for them to act. Pro you need to prove both of this. And another point I'd mention here is the conviction you have is one of the most important things when you don't have case studies or proof is if you confidently can tell them on the call this will be beneficial.
Don't be like yeah you're going to get more leads and um yeah sometimes the leads may come in and you're going to see a code. No say be very confident and say something like I'm I'm really confident. I can tell you with full confidence that this will really get you the jobs that you want because the leads now they can see before and after visuals because we as humans are visual human beings or human species. We like to see things like go deep, be confident, ex express your feelings.
Don't be a monotonal robot. So that's that's that's something that really will come to your advantage at this point if you have no case studies. So prove both. Ask for a sale and handle the one objection because I said 100% you're going to get an objection.
You're not pressuring anyone to buy anything. You're just giving them clarity that this is the right decision for the business with full confidence. So you're going to risk run the discovery like an audit. You're going to treat discovery as a diagnostic, not a chat.
You're not going to chat with them, hey, how's the weather? The weather looks nice and XY Z. You're going to run it as a as a doctor. I like to use the the term of a doctor over here.
You're a doctor. When you go to the doctor, the doctor asks you a bunch of questions. You don't tell the doctor like where where did you travel last year? What did you do?
Are you sure that this tool that you're using is correct? You don't tell the doctor that. The doctor says, "How long has had the cough been there? Why are you coughing?
When does the cough increase?" You answer. You answer. You answer, right? That's how you're going to treat this call.
You're not going to chat. You're not friends. At least not yet. Yeah.
So, quantify exactly where they are right now, which is point A, their current state. They have to say right now we're we're visiting the sites and um we need to then look at the location of the site before giving them a quotation. Then we do some measurements. Sometimes that takes a week to do.
Then we write it in approximately two hours and we send it to the person. Then you say okay how long does this full process usually on average take? It takes around one to two weeks. What do you do about the urgent cases then?
Like tap and go into the the pain. Keep on tapping. Keep on talking about that particular thing. Even though you know they know even know though you also understand the pain they have right now.
Make them say it out loud. And this is not manipulation or bad things but it's more of for a human being to take action they need to understand where they are or hear themselves that's why self-awareness exists hear themselves I am in pain I am in this position now what do I do they need to hear it by like they need to their mouth the words that come out they need to hear it by their own ears that's what you're doing then you define point B what you say okay this is the current situation Now what if or what is the ideal uh duration you want this process to happen that you just said you just told me that it takes two weeks and a and sometimes it takes two hours to write these quotations by themselves and you said you have a subscription to Canva as well to beautify it in a way what what what is the ideal scenario like if you could cut this by 80% would that be ideal for you like what is ide can you explain the idea scenario so now you're painting the point B what do they really want so once they mention you say amazing so you said it takes two weeks but you said the ideal scenario would be an instant kind of thing right that's around a 90 oh let's say 1 minute so two weeks to one minute that's around the 90 something% decrease right so that would be an ideal scenario for you now what happened is that they define point A number is very important they define point B is very important to understand where they want to be and they clearly see what a gap and who's on the call talking about the solution that solves exactly that problem surprise you you see the point right that's how you're going to run this is how you're going to run the call there's an extreme version of this if you're going to high things and you can go full pressure mode. But I just gave you a quick version that would work for selling such an offer because it's a tiny offer. So what you're going to do is you're going to set an agenda.
You're going to say like I'm at the very beginning you're going to you're going to be like yeah so I'm going to ask you a bunch of questions to understand how your current state of the business is. Like beautify it. Of course the words I'm just saying so you understand. I'm ask you a bunch of questions.
I want to understand where we are within the business and then from there I'm going to explain to you if we can help you or this app is a good fit for this or this particular tool that we have is a good fit or is a good opportunity for this particular part within your business that would give you the ROI that I think is suitable for you or there's at least you can you can have numbers you can you can say at least a 5x ROI. you know it's going to be a 5x because you know your pricing and you know their job prices. You get the point, right? You set the agenda initially and if you want these are just tiny tactics. It's not written here but I'm telling you because this is what we do.
You can say something like you can have the micro commitments saying that this is the agenda. Is that okay with you? Let them say yes. Just that word yes or should we begin?
Yes. So they agreed then you begin with the agenda. So these are just small things you can do but take the doctor stance it helps the most. So make ex in action the expensive option.
So dig into how long they had the problem as I told you point the current state the point A they are in and why what staying the the same costs them. When the pain of staying the same is greater than a pain of change, that is when they buy. Your number one competitor is them doing nothing. So surface the pain in discovery and use your own web words back to them if they cool off.
If they say no, this is fine. We can do it. But you just said this takes two weeks and you just have two employees. You get the point, right?
What if we decreased it? Because everything you're going to do in current state A, point A to point B is going to be ammo you're going to be using when they come with the objections which 100% they will come with at the end when you drop the price or drop the okay give me your money now in a nicer way. So make an action the expensive option walk the ROI with their numbers. This is very important.
And that's why I said specifically when you're talking about the current state, talk about how long does it take? Talk about how much if they're getting let's say 10 leads, they can only see three leads. What would happen if they can see they can they can reply to all leads, all 10 leads, they're missing on six to seven leads per week, let's say. What what would that be amount there?
Or you can go through the math of okay, you're you're not replying to seven leads and you're saying your close rate or you close approximately 20% of the leads that come in. 20% of the seven leads is let's say two leads and per job is 5,000 dirhams. So you're missing on 10,000 dirhams which is 40,000 dirhams in a month which is 400 how much? 480,000 dirhams were per year. That's half a million you're losing on just because of this. And this tool can solve that.
Like talk about our eyes. And if if you mention it after the number after your pricing say and this would cost you 500 homes to save 480,000 dirhams on a year with a guarantee even I'm putting guarantee for you like make it unbelievably easy and then ask for a sale of course even ones that feel going you feel it's going badly the worst they can do is they give you an objection they say no this u I don't I don't have the time for is then you go back to the objection page and you dig deep into that. So you can so the main point I think I I would me mention over here it depends on your personality as well. I'm being really really honest about how this goes.
I can tell you ideal scenario and I can tell you not a lot of people are fit to go with the ideal scenario. Your personality may be like, "Okay, if he didn't say he wants or she didn't say she wants to buy, maybe I just stay quiet and stare at the screen for a while so they can decide even more." Like it depends on your personality. So add that part to it. Don't robotically go through this.
Isolate the real objection. Anything that is not a yes is an objection and usually it's hidden. And you can I the objections can be as you saw as we we saw in the previous lesson but they can be time related they can be and most of the time they will be they're not sold on the product enough. So if you drop the price and they're not sold on the product meaning that they don't believe that the product will get them the ROI or they don't believe that you will get them the right product to get them the ROI.
That's the object objection objection that you may have which is product. You go back and prove the product but let me show you when when you get that you go back and say but let me show you this part of the product this feature then or you can say or this is this is a nice way by the way it's not written here but these are things that are coming in to mine right now so you can say something like um what what was the best or what would you rate this product from 0 to 10 like I'm just curious to know for your particular thing it's say seven. Let's say he's going to say or she's going to say or let's say he's going to say five. The person is going to say five.
You're going say why did it get five as a score. What there was likely something you like there otherwise we we would have gotten a zero. Right? So it's going to say I like I really like this feature over here or this particular things over here that we're not doing the image thing.
Amazing. So now you get them to loop on on that thing itself and convince themselves that this is exactly what they need and then you take them and convince them on the product product saying that this particular thing exactly that what you said is a five is actually what sells and you got that right and this is the reason we've added this but the reason the other things exist as well is because x y z which is why this full thing is a 10 out of 10. You're not going to say that, but indirectly they're going to get it. This all works together.
Core or circling around that test feature product thing that you have. You get the point. Yeah. So, isolate the real objection.
Every real objection, as I said, is under uncertaintity, fear, partner, money, or timing. You can handle all of them, and you're going to get all of them. You're going to quantify uncertaintity as as well. 1 to 10. When the objection is vague and is is vague uncertaintity.
Make it concrete. Ask them to rate it as I I told you over here. So yeah, exactly this permission selling never discount. So for fear, let me sleep on it.
Ask for permission. Do I mind if I ask you a awkward question? Then frame worst case on performance. You pay nothing after setup against best case and ask if it's something that's worth taking on. don't discount but you can you can play around with this the guarantees the structures and so on that's why I give you a bunch so you can do a bunch of combinations and then compress the timeline of ask my partner so there's something that's very important that has been working a lot here for us as well is to book a meeting from this meeting if there was nothing that happened so book a meeting from this meeting and make that meeting very close if it's ask my partner or whatever it is.
So, book a meeting from this meeting every single time. If nothing happens, it it really will sell. So, this is a crash course in sales and this is how we do it. And this is what I think it's enough information as well for you to go and sell this
