In the past couple of weeks, I've noticed this change in sentiment around AI where I see this lovehate relationship towards AI. And I totally get it and understand because they thought AI would come without any problems. And now they're realizing AI is not as smart as they thought it would be. So that's where hate would come in.

In this video, I'm going to share with you exactly what I've been seeing, the patterns I've been hearing from from people from different calls. I've been to business calls, big organizations, and where the UA is headed in terms of AI as well. And I'm going to give you my framework on how to navigate around this because as business owners, we can't just stop because the market starts hating it. We need to understand what the market wants and we give it what it wants exactly.

Without further ado, let's jump into the video and let me explain to you what I mean. Given the change in sentiment we had in the past couple of weeks, this begs the question is, do people really need to add AI within their business or life and how to sell them if they have this lovehate relationship with AI? So, we're going to cover this in three main points. Point number one is where the hate and love relationship is coming from.

What's the source of this? And I'm going to give you insights based on the B2B calls I've been having, a family office private event I attended, a hedge fund meeting that I've been having, and also the UAE giving AI a seat at the ministry table. And you may be the first to know because this happened a couple of hours ago. And point number two is a framework on how to navigate anything that happens in the future.

So you get don't get stuck in this hobby mode where you're creating AI automations and all these nice tools with AI, but there's no clients and nobody's paying the bills. And point number three is I'm going to show you these tabs that I have open here which are real examples of how I am doing it with demos. If you don't know who I am, my name is Khaja. I pursued my my PhD in aerospace engineering.

I sent a couple of satellites into outer space, helped 50 plus businesses in 2023, then 2024 and 2025, operated space business, got funding for it, and you can see a summary of everything I've done throughout the past decade over here. So, let's get into this video. What's the sentiment on ground? Let's start with insights from big organization calls and partnerships.

I've had a lot of calls in the past couple of weeks with big organizations talking how can we implement AI within their organization or how can we upskill the employees and the people within the organization to be AI native or know how to use AI and so on and usually I've seen this pattern every time I mention that we have this sixmonth window that we need to actually get on track and learn as much as we can how can we orchestrate these tools because it's coming for us it's coming for our jobs for our careers and how we do business and our competitors are using it and so on. I usually hear this term, you're too ambitious. And this also came over here and in this example in particular from a head of programs who are upskilling a group of people in the UAE for AI and usually I think about it and I'm I was thinking the other day saying why do people say I'm or think I'm too ambitious? And I became empathetic about this and I had a discussion with this team as well.

I asked a CL team member saying that okay this is what's happening this is what I'm noticing a pattern over here what do you guys think about everything that's happening so this is one answer that I got from a C team member saying that I just had a discussion with an old friend yesterday who was extremely pessimistic about the entire world the future of humans because of AI after listening to him for a while I I asked him can it be that AI feels so much like a loss to you because you are specifically working in marketing brand and PR industry and really shifted his perspective to think more broadly because he was thinking about every day about fire employees soon and even questioning his own role. And this make complete sense with what I was seeing because every time I mentioned this, it was to the person that was fearing losing his or her job. And the key word here being personal stake. So there's this love and hate relationship that has been popping up because at the very beginning AI is cool.

It's efficient. It's going to change the world. I'm going to use this within my business and so on. And once they figure out this is more complicated than I thought.

I don't know how to find exact use case. I don't know how to make this very businessoriented. They think, okay, I may lose my job to someone that may do that. I may lose my clients to a business that uses that before me because I don't have the time to upskill one because I'm stuck in client delivery or whatever.

And I don't know that I don't have the knowhow. I don't have the experience. And this is very new. And this is what caused hate or fear of AI to be at its peak.

And usually I like to use this illustration and this example as well. If I was just listening to everyone who was saying this because this is exactly what I've been hearing from my clients, what I've been hearing by big organizations, people I talk to and so on. I'd be thinking that the world is done with AI and nobody wants AI anymore and so on. And this is what I told myself.

I need to get my head out of the washing machine because this is all noise and just instead of putting my head inside of this washing machine and turning around, let me just go out and see what's turning around so I can make business decisions that could make or move this business forward. So I was looking for signal over noise which is a nice segue to the next part which happened a couple of hours ago and it's our leaders. The leaders of the UAE are as I mentioned and I mention every single time they see things that we do not see. they have this vision for the country and so on and his highness sheh Muhammad bajin mentioned that and it it was in Arabic the the English version has not come out yet but I'm sure it will come out in a bit so I I translated by the way on X as well so the translation may be off and that's why I'm here I'm just going to make it better so his highness mentioned that we also announced the na that that the national artificial intelligence system will be adopted as an advisory member of the cabinet the ministerial development council and all boards of the directors of federal entities and government companies starting in January 2026. So this made me think that all I've been hearing for the past couple of weeks is by these guys saying that this is impossible and it will not happen and this is too ambitious and uh we can't do it.

It's it's it's not going to happen. It's just let's teach people how to do simple tools and whatnot and just be AI native. But our leaders is the signal over the noise that has been happening here. So they've set this path or plan for the next six months starting from today for January 2026 that there's going to be an AI system making decisions helping with decisions conducting immediate analysis of their decisions providing technical advice basically an advisor and enhance the efficiency of governmental policies adopted by these councils.

AC across all sectors. The world is going through a comprehensive restructuring phase scientifically, economically and socially. And our goal is to prepare today for the coming decades. Our goal is to ensure continued prosperity and a decent life for future generations.

And this is exactly what I needed because our our leaders set this vision for the next six months. And this is the exact sign you need as well to double down and contribute because they're seeing things that we never can see as they have this high picture of the country and where we're headed in the future generations and so on. And this is exactly what my plan is. I'm doubling down and this is the exact sign because our leader has set the target and our job is to go all in until we hit that target.

And this is how I envision it as well. So we have this traditional organization chart which is more now moving to a chart where there's AI that's augmented with people. They're helping out people to do their jobs better and so on. And maybe at some point, and this is how I I predict things may happen and evolve to in the future, is this over here where we have team members in an organization chart, maybe in an about me page saying that this team member is an AI or a artificial intelligence system and these team members are doing so as well in terms of artificial intelligence systems.

And this connecting it to what people are saying right now on ground is that I think this could be a bottleneck for businesses for the progression and so on because they have personal stake in this scenario. And then this brings me back to empathy. If we have empathy and we understand okay this is what they're feeling how can we make this easier and we could play a big role here and I see this is a gap. we could play a big role in connecting this overall vision and the direction everything will move no matter what and making these people actually benefit instead of lose their jobs or lose business and so on and this is the gap that I see and we're going to talk about even more in a bit and here's a recommended reading it's a new reading also came out a couple of days back by Benjamin Todd is about how to lose not lose your job in AI mentioning that this is a likely scenario that may happen in the next couple of years so coming to point number three over Here I'm going to give you insights from a private event for family offices and hedge funds I attended just today at the capital club which is private members club. And the event was mentioning that or this person that was talking in this event was mentioning that they are the top 1% of AI quantbased algorithmic highfrequency let's say investment firm.

I don't want to get in technical here. And they've been making money for the past 5 to 10 years. And the way they do it is that they have a couple of agents. One agent telling them when to buy and sell from the market.

One agent looking at the market environment. One agent looking how to execute. One agent for the risk for the life cycle and data. And something interesting he mentioned about the data agent is that we feed it 5,000 documents, PDFs, quarterly reports and all this financial reports to an AI and then we extract data and it helps us with our signals and so on.

And I raised my hand at the end of this asking one simple question because I understand the limitations and the challenges of AI in this case. And the limitations when I was hearing all of this is that one for if you're going to feed it 5,000 pieces of data that's okay pieces of documents let's say I'm assuming you're using some kind of rag retrieval augmented uh technology over there. And if you want higher accuracy you're going to be using contextual rack. So if you're going to be using that ingesting that should require a big database that requires time as well and if it's high frequency you don't have the luxury of that time plus he mentioned that we're looking into the news and so on and I just mentioned that okay if this is based on technical analysis and fundamental analysis basically analysis you do by a human but you've just used a machine to do it why don't you use it by a set of rule why don't you keep it as automation and not AI so my question was do you really need AI which is the topic of this video as well do you really need AI in this we went back and forth three questions and I told him okay fine and uh I was not convinced but I had to let room for other people to ask but at the end of it it's a very great guy very nice guy by the way he came up to me and we talked after after he he finished his speech and he told me to be honest with you we don't really need AI in this case it's 10% of the work but I like he couldn't mention it in that way while he was answering the questions.

I respected that and it made complete sense. AI was not needed in this case because it was a set of actions or triggers that get you this buy and sell signals in the investment market and so on. And this brings me to the point if as we're talking about investments markets and so on that we are maybe in some of this one part of this curve. So market psychology goes as follows and this is much related to what these guys have been talking as well big organizations and people who have things at stake okay at the very beginning they'd say oh chat GBT is out this is great I can write emails it's super uh it's amazing and we can do things then they reach this euphoria phase where I'm never going to do a single task again because AI is so amazing and it's just going to take care of everything then what happens is here they figure out okay this is not the case?

Why is it failing? Why is it hallucinating? Why is it not working as I want it to? And why isn't it writing emails the way I wanted to write emails or whatever use case they use it for?

And then they panic and they see the other guy saying, "Oh, I've used it and got 10,000 leads because I use some sort of AI system." They're going to feel, okay, I may not be doing something properly. They know better than me. And this is where anxiety, denial, panic, and anger comes in and so on. depression and saying AI is not that good, AI is bad because there is personal stake that's being lost over here which brings back us back to this part of the graph and then it continues moving forward and this over here is a micro view of the macro trend that we're moving from the AI 2027 report which is at this part. So this may happen 10 times 20 times in this just this small portion over here because we humans go through this psychology and this cycle over here and with AI unlike stocks and the market other markets let's say real estate markets and so on this happens very very quickly so the cycles are super fast and that's what I've noticed so this is just how I'd look at it from one point and another point I'm looking at it right now you can see this is from Google trends and this is just writing artificial intelligence You can see it was kind of doing nothing for a good while and then it started peeking up over here.

Then it started like slowing down. Then it started peeking up over here, then slowing down. It's like going sideways. Then you're going to see something peak up and then it's going to slow down and so on.

It's not just going to be a straight line up with AI. But there's going to be up ups and down. And this is very important for businesses. And if you're running a business or selling or doing anything with AI, how can we navigate such periods?

And the only thing I'd say and the deduction of everything that we talked about above is no matter what you sell and who you sell to, the plan right now and exactly now is to double down on building. This is the exact time you should not stop and double down on building. And I recently got this comment saying that when I mentioned that you need to double down on building, it's not like people are peak at hate right now, but we need to double down because this is exactly where we double down. There's a mention the person who mentioned that It's tricky because it's both the best period to build.

Yes. And not the easiest period to sell, but we are building. So this is a good point and a nice segue to our next point that I want to talk about. How do we sell if in such periods it's going to come no matter what what and it's inevitable.

So how do we sell? Because we still need to sell, right? And this brings me to the concept that I talked about in a previous video, but I'm just going to briefly explain it over here is that we have different types of buyers or AI buyers or whatever kind whatever you're selling kind of buyers within the spectrum over here. For the AI case, we have tool buyers which are SAS buyers.

They pay $9 to $29 or even $99 per month for a certain tool where they tell you, give me the tool that you have built out, some calendar tool you have built out. I'm just going to use it myself. The system buyers they buy a whole system and the custom buyers which are the bigger organizations they buy customized solutions from you for their organization. So they have this competitive edge over their market.

The point and it stays true is that the demand is there and when we talked about the landscape this is what we just saw and but we also have bottlenecks and each one of these has different types of bottlenecks and something is super super clear out of everything we've been talking and how everything is moving to me for me is that we're moving from operators where managers or operators or even people that are using AI to orchestrators of AI. And this is a topic I want to just expand on because this is the framework exactly I use to navigate how do I make anyone an operator or how do I know what where my markets is at and where the money is at. So let me share with you the framework I use to make sense of anything that happens at any time and how I classify machines and humans and so on. So I have two parts within the frameworks.

I have the machines part and I have the humans part. In the machines part I call them the evolution of the machines meaning that the technological advancement of AI getting better or getting the business outcomes better by time. The second part of the equation I have the humans where the market sophistication how mature is a market and how are they how much are they able to use AI and tools and orchestrate these tools to build something for themselves. So I have a couple of levels in each one.

Let's start with the machines. With the machines it usually starts with static info. For example, a machine can come out and when you remember when chat came out, people were using it instead of as or as Google for static information where you'd ask claude, let's say here Claude, you'd ask it, hey, I've done this uh what is the weather today or whatever it is. And at that time, you did not have the you did not have the web capabilities, but now you do.

So, it's getting better by time, but you used to ask it for just information. That was level zero. You're getting static info. The machine telling you here's what I found.

Level one is you give it a couple of more prompts saying, "Okay, the weather is this. I'm planning to travel to this country at this date. What is the probability of it raining and what insights can you give me?" So, it's going to tell you here's that what this means. It's going to rain there.

Yes, you're going to stay at your hotel maybe two more extra days during these days, which you need to plan your day around. So, that's level one. We went from information to insights. Level two is co-creation.

This becomes very important because I'm going to explain to you how I see this within my market and how I use this to sell. So here's how we can use this. It gave you the insight and now it's telling you from this insight that it gave you, this is how you can use it. So essentially you're co-creating with this AI, thinking with this AI to get to a certain outcome.

Level three is decision. So it's telling you here's what I recommend plus why. So, it gave you the information, gave you the insight, it told you how you can use it, and it tell you this I I recommend this because I have context about you. I know you don't like rain.

I know you're sensitive to ex weather, and this is what I recommend, and this is the reason I recommend it. So, it has more of the context and helping you with the decisions. And level four is execution, meaning that, okay, I helped you with the decision. Now, I took the decision instead of you and I executed.

I sent that email and I came back to you and here's the outcome and it's done. So, it's just reporting back to you. And level five is autonomous AI organization saying that you just enjoy your coffee. I'm just going to go do the work and I'm going to fix if I have any errors and I'm just going to bother you maybe five minutes a day if I need to bother you and help you do something or ask you do something.

This is the levels of the machines that I look at and I I'm always gauging what do people want at what level or what does each market is different by the way. What does this market want? which level of this market does it it wants and a very important point if you're selling such a thing it's based on business value. So this has the least business value and this has the most business value. So the more you can go down this ladder the more complex it is for you but once you get it done you're increasing business value.

So this is what the system can do. Now let's talk about the human or the market maturity. When you start using AI, when you started using AI, you started with phase zero, which is prompter. You just go on chat GBT, you prompt it, hey, I I want to do XY Z.

How do I do it? Or you're just prompting it. You're just writing text and you're just getting answers as you would do do here on Chad GBT. That's prompter phase.

Phase one, you then become a workflow nerd. You're going to say, "Okay, I want to just connect things around." You're going to have something looking like this over here where you're going to connect a couple of nodes together and get some insight. So you're going to go from static information where Claude gave you and tell it okay run a couple of chain of nodes and ch or chain of prompts in order to get a certain insight. So you get a bit more nerdy over here and become a workflow nerd.

You become good at this. Then you go to phase number two is you become a tool orchestrator where you use tools like cursor AI and cloud code and MCPS to connect to stripe, YouTube, Google docs. Of course you can do it over here but this is like the next level. you go deeper into the rabbit hole and you start building out tools like using the MP MCPS over here which is another term let's say in very very simple terms are like APIs but for AI agents is that you're connecting for example superbase stripe and all these tools together and you're just prompting a certain AI to get the job done for you so this is phase number two phase number three you become a system architect very important point I'm just going to highlight it over here people want to buy this right now they are at this stage what I've noticed the market being their their prompters but they don't want complex workflows to buy. they don't want to buy this from you or you're going to tell them this is amazing you're going to get insights you're going to get content whatever they don't want it what they want is a system uh a system essentially an operating system which I'm going to show you how it looks like so a system architect you're going to use tools like superbase which is database lovable bolt I'm going to show you a couple of things over here and you connect it with everything above just to run a certain system for someone which remember when I mentioned system buyers over here is these guys over So the system architect, let me show you an example. So this is a system that I built out.

This is me just testing things around. It's it's this is not not something I released by the way, but it's just me testing things around for myself. For example, the CL system, you access a system. You have different things.

And by the way, this was just done by prompting. And you can look at the different machines you have. For example, you have this machine. This is the cost for it.

This is what it does exactly and so on. Its tasks and so on. And then this was I I was surprised to be honest when I when I created this is that I went a bit in the gaming side and said okay I want to control these machines through a chart. I think I it was a quantum grid I liked.

So I control these machines through a chart. I switch them off of for example this is my reply bot switch them off. This is my email bot. I switch them off and I see how much time is saving me money saving me and so on.

So this is just an example of machine took it one level. Oh, this is something else which is if for example if you want to sell workshops let me just refresh this. If you want to sell workshops what you can do is it it's kind of an animation a new way of doing workshops saying okay glad you clicked on this link in the email shows you're interested and wanting to learn most probably because you want to more clients converge and so on. Yeah it's so frustrating.

And so it's kind of like if they open it from their phone, they go through this. They get to know what workshop I'm running. They can get their tickets here connected to Stripe. And here's another thing which is also a dashboard which is a system.

And by the way, everything running behind this is over here. This is running behind this or cursor running behind these tools over here. And people would buy this system and they would not buy this. So they want the full package solution.

And just to show you an example, this is in dashboard. You go to your machine, you can create content with this machine. You can talk to it. You can create posts out of it.

We new input whatever transcript save to the brain. Choose the latest inputs insights and then from the insights I'm just showing a demo of everything. Choose this insights. You generate the post and you get the post over here.

Then you take it to the analyzer. You can see the analytics. You can set your settings and it just gives you some cool stuff. This is what people want to buy.

And then in phase number four, you create multiple of these like things similar to what I just showed you. And then you make them talk to each other and sell that. But now, let me explain to you how can you set this out for yourself so you know where your market is at so they buy. And I'm going to give you an example of how I do it.

These are the examples of things that I've been playing around. But technological advancements, which is these machine levels over here, plus market sophistication is different for every niche and industry. You need to know that and you meet them where they are at so you can sell. And an example of this is let's say creators, consultants, coaches or the this category of people.

I know these guys want co-creation but with me. Meaning that they're level two at in terms of the evolution of machines. They want to co-create with me. They want to they don't want me to tell them, okay, take this.

Let me install it for you and so on. It's more let's build this out together. Let's see how can we use this in my system together. This is what they want.

But they dream of level four and five where they they dream of having something that the machine or the post for example a content creator machine. This machine goes and creates content for me. The outcome is done and gives me this or it's just autonomous doing it on my daily basis because coaches, creators, consultants are in that space because they want more time, more money, more location, freedom and so on. This is just understanding a market.

Then point number three, majority right now they're prompters. They're at phase zero. So they're just prompting. They're not that technological savvy to do things like this.

So they're at phase zero and not techsavvy as I mentioned but would only buy easy to use systems meaning they would buy this over here phase three if I market it or show it and would never buy phase one or phase two or let's say a few would buy phase one and phase two but majority want phase three. They want this dashboard that they can use on a daily basis instead of going through NA10 and all these tools and so on and clicking those buttons and swarm of them if I just tell them okay great I'm going to give you 10 of these that's not appealing to them because that's too intimidating that's too in the future for them you need to talk to them where they are at which is one machine over here and you take them one step at a time so you see how the evolution of machines and the phases of humans come together just to find what to sell and the final note I'd leave you on over here is where your market is at is exactly where the money is at. So you need to know where they are at exactly understanding everything that's happening right now, the market cycles and so on. And that's exactly how you easily sell to anyone you want, no matter if they love or hate AI.

There's a saying in Arabic that goes like the dogs bark, but the train keeps on moving. So no matter if there's love or hate within the marketplace, AI will keep on moving forward. And our job as business owners, decision makers, and leaders is to actually navigate what's going on no matter what the market psychology is. In this video, I shared with you the exact framework I use.

I look at machines where they stand in terms of levels. I look at humans where they stand in terms of phases and I match that for a particular market to understand what exactly do they need at this exact given moment and I hand it to them. It's very simple. Just understand what the market wants and give it to them.

And this is the framework exactly I used to do that. That being said, I hope you enjoyed this video. Subscribe and like if you haven't and see you in the next
