Consulting is dead. And in this video, I want to show you a new model called the AI assisted consulting model where you can do consulting and advisory work at 80 to 90% profit margins. You keep a lot and AI does 80 to 90% of the work for you while you run your business on your own rules. I'm going to give you the exact path we've taken such a model up to $20,000 per month and way beyond.
That being said, let's jump straight into it. In May 2024, if you go down on this YouTube channel, you're going to see I put out a video saying that how am I going to get my first five clients. That's approximately two years ago. And the game has massively changed since then.
And this is the model that I've been running since mid 2025. And I'm going to push this through 2026. If you don't know who I am, my name is Dal Khaja. I pursued my PhD in inner space engineering, sent a couple of satellites into outer space.
I'm a mentor in multiple governmental initiative for startups, SAS founders and consultants and governmental leaders and every everyone within that realm. And I've been nominated as an Arab young pioneer in December 2024. You can go see that on their website. And to be very very honest with you, the reason you're starting a business and the reason I started a business is not because I want a big business.
It's more because I want that freedom that comes with a business. We want a big life that's funded by business. And this exactly what I'm going to show you over here because the AI assisted consulting business model exactly unlocks that for you. We want to make a lot of money at and keep a lot of money over here at 90% plus profit margins.
We want other people to do it for us. In this case is AI which is cheap and we want to do it on our business or rules in terms of we don't like to go on awkward sales calls. We don't like to spam strangers like real estate agents and so on. And we've done this across 2,000 consultants in the past 5 years.
You're going to see a bunch of testimonials that below and you're going to see how this will be applicable for you as well to build in your business. So let's start with this big myth that we have called the WAN myth which means in the UAE anyone who I see who come here say this region does not work unless you know someone. This region works on under the table deals and so on. So let me just explain to you what people say and what actually is true within this region and this place and what like is the big belief stoppers in consulting in the consulting world.
So in traditional consulting people say and consultants when I speak to them say that you need a big network to start a business over here to get clients over here to actually deliver and be successful in consulting. You need to have vasta you need to have connections. It's all about who knows who. It's all about me waiting for certain referrals to refer me to this client so I can get more clients from this person because they trust him.
They're gonna trust me. They look for tenders. They fight for the RFPs knowing that the RFPs have already been filled before you see them. Then they think of hiring marketing agencies, running a personal branding kind of campaign.
They run paid ads on Meta, let's say, to get to cold audiences. And then they say, "Okay, let me now do it a different approach. Let's go to dinner events and exhibitions or run free strategy calls and discovery calls or workshops even for corporates so I have my foot in the door and then let's see how this goes." or let's go meet for coffee with people and see how everything will go after two to three coffee. So they're trying to get the culture in a way they have certain beliefs about the region and they don't understand that this is not the limitation of the region because I have done it completely this way and completely the opposite way of what I'm going to show you over here.
So when I pursued my PhD, a quick story over here, I got into business and after sending satellites into outer space, having that experience, having that business kind of experience and so on, I started this marketing agency and I tried to sell people online and what happened immediately and online I mean in the UAE. What happened immediately? They said that I don't trust you. They came to the call because they were intrigued.
Who's this Arab guy coming on a call and selling marketing? I'm not used to this nationality. And then they were not bought in. It more was all out all of curiosity.
I did hundreds and hundreds of sales calls over there. This all to say that I've done all of this and let me show you the leverage model we are running today. So this we call the AI assisted consulting model. It's a leverage model because one it goes against all the beliefs you have or the things that you have in mind.
It goes with a trend or with a market direction that's going on right now. I'm going to show you why. This is a window. And AI does 80 to 90% of the work for you in the customer acquisition part and also in the customer delivery part.
You keep 80 to 90% of the profit margins. Clients come to you pre-sold. You don't push them. You don't go with the sneaky tactics in order to pushing them to get them sold.
You can close in the DMs. Yes, there's a big uh misconception over here saying that no, the person needs to see me. We need to have on a call and so on. If you have a brand or strong enough or you're if you're creating content that actually resonates to a painoint a person has, we're going to go into details of this.
You really do not need sales calls. And this is true because we have proven it and our clients have proven it for $15,000 plus deals. Some reach $30,000 plus deals and it was through a simple offer document and you get to work four hours max per day because there's a big talk right now around work life balance in the UAE. you see all these social media content of people working here saying that there's no work life balance and so on. It's because you've chosen it to be that way.
If you have a different model or a different vehicle for the same expertise you have and the same and and you choose a different delivery method, you're going to have of course a different life and this is the whole point of all of this. So very quickly who this is not for and I highly suggest that if you're the type of person don't continue this video because it's not the optimal model for you. One, if you're a perfectionist, you need a full picture. You need the book textbook from start to end to understand every single concept within that before you start.
This is not for you. That's common among consultants. I know because I've worked with them. They usually tell me this.
So, this is not for you. If you're you're you're that person. If you just want to consume content and not execute, this is not for you. If you have certain beliefs about this region that you don't want to change because you've heard this somewhere or you had certain experiences somewhere and you don't want to test other things, this also will not for work for you.
What I ask for you is this for 6 to 12 weeks consistently apply what I'm going to tell you and you're going to see the results and that should shift everything within this part if you're going to still go forward with this. So let's talk about Dubai freedom number over here. I was sitting with a CTO of a very large company. He's based in Abu Dhabi. came to Dubai to meet me and he said um the traffic is crazy.
I I'm I keep on coming to Dubai. So I asked him this question, why don't you move to Dubai? Why don't you stay in Dubai if you're always coming to Dubai? And he said that to actually live in Dubai, I need 1 million dirhams per year.
Meaning that if you break that down, that's around $20,000 per month. And he meant it if I want to take my kids to a good school and all that. You can of course live way below this, but I'm saying if he wanted to live that Dubai lifestyle in terms of every day going to a restaurant and living the experiences, eating outside and you you get the point what I mean. So that's why we put this number as $20,000 per month.
Of course, there's a plus and minus over here is $270,000, but you get the point because some months you're going to make more, some months you're going to make less. and 90% margins. If you keep a lot of that, you don't work much and you can actually go experience all everything you want to do and you have that authority positioning which gets you the demand that you want. This is exactly how you're going to get to that freedom number that you want and this is what this model enables. So very simply put, you can work for the same amount of clients and make the same amount of money, but you just work six times less the hours that you've been working normally with this consulting offer with an AI assisted consulting business model that I'm going to show you because AI handles the heavy lifting for you and you keep the expertise layer to deliver uh your expertise essentially.
And what I'm seeing not I'm noticing right now everyone is speaking about this they're using Dubai as a global brand even if they're not based in Dubai I see a lot of expats coming to Dubai setting up their company here and selling outside because they're leveraging the Dubai branding. I'm not saying that's good or wrong but that's what many people are doing. So it can have an advantage of its own as well. So this is essentially what's happening in terms of the Dubai freedom number.
Now let's talk about the most important part I want you to understand which is the opportunity we have right now. So this AI window that we have for AI assisted consulting businesses is closing and I'm going to prove to you why. So this is the formula and this is me after connecting a couple of dots either regional dots and global dots. I'm going to give it to you so you can see how big this market is.
So one is the market size. Two is the market window. Three is the vehicle we're going to use to capture the market size and the window we have. And four, I'm going to give you the advantage of this region.
Of course, you can apply to your regions as well if you're from outside of the Middle East, let's say, and you can find out this opportunity that you can have. We're going to connect the dots over here. And we're going to see that opportunity. So, point number one, you see many people talking about this.
There's a forecast that the AI market size can be 1.8 trillion by 2030. And then I was watching this video on YouTube and you can watch these videos by the I highly recommend you do saying that Aaron Levy who's a CEO of Box which is a 100 million plus AI assisted service company he said that we have maybe an 18 to 24 month window where a small team can outrun companies 100 times their size because big companies have politics have big teams have big departments they have to have a lot of communication in order to make this shift. They see this opportunity over here and the market is growing. They want to tap into that, but it's going to take time for them to actually move and I think the title of this video was $1 trillion opportunity window with AI and so on.
Highly go recommend you go watch that. So then the question becomes if there's a window and we have a small window over here and I'm going to connect it to cloud code and how the software development space has been disrupted as well. So now we know the market size, we know the window. Now what is the vehicle we're going to use?
So Y combinator D freedman there wrote that they are there they want people or they want to fund or request startups that are AI first. What they call them is full stack AI companies where they instead of selling AI to dinosaurs why don't you build AI agents that actually competes with those dinosaurs. That's what he meant in in in this case. I highly recommend you go read this as well mentioning that so if law firms are becoming AI first consulting business what about actually consulting what is happening with the consulting space right now so this is the vehicle that I think we're going to use to capture the AI assisted consulting business or that AI opportunity over here and point number four which is now we have the market size we have the market window we have the vehicle now let's talk about the region over here and why I think is a massive advantage and you're going to see everything connect right now and I'm going to give you on ground examples of my clients and what's happening here within the region as well.
So Tar Anin who's a CEO of humane in the all-in summit you can also go watch this video he was mentioning that in the entire Middle East I cannot think of a single company with Fortune 100 capability and he was talking about AI within the because he's he has an AI company called human you can go check that out but what he what this all shows us right now there's a market it's growing there's a window 18 to 24 months and big companies can't compete the number three is there's this vehicle that this person is is is recommending or requesting or funding as well. And point number four, this region has the capability and has the resources, but nobody is doing it and there's the demand and it's massively underserved. So that is a massive gap. If you want a better market, this is the market that you should be in.
If you want the best market and the biggest opportunities within the AI wave, this is absolutely the market to be in. I am firsthand in this market and I can tell you for a fact this is the market that you want to be in because other markets are getting a bit crowded. So now I want to give you some real life examples from my clients from what I've seen in the space so you can see this truly as an opportunity that you can capture as well. So point number one is the regional dynamics.
So in Dubai in the UAE there's a lot of push momentum towards entrepreneurship and AI. We have the national AI strategy. We have the D33 initiative. Go if you want to go read that out, go read it.
Go read it. But there's a massive momentum towards that direction. Point number two is the market sophistication. Right now, what my clients mostly are selling are awareness education workshops and find me my first AI use case audits and sprints within entities and implementation right now is a big question mark.
And also the other day I got a request from a governmental executive saying that um I want to understand the consultants language. I don't really get these AI consultants when they come in and um put a bunch of jargon. I act as I understand, but I really don't have no clue what this person is saying. This all shows you the market sophistication and gives you a glimpse into okay, we're super early within this market and they're moving towards that direction because there is that momentum and of course these major factors over here.
Point number two is the subcontracting reality. So what happens is right now the governmental entities and big in the Mina region in the Middle East region the governmental entities and also big organizations they get McKenzie or these big consulting firms because of one the branding they want to say we've been associated or we've been done our strategy with McKenzie and and other people so that gives them that branding element and point number two is they risk transfer the risk of something going wrong to those people saying that if this governmental leader or this big organization CEO or CTO whatever made a mistake they say it's because of that consultant that said XY Z that we need to do all of this so this is the two main reasons they're going with those big brands then what happens is once the strategy came comes in they want to execute because there are certain mandates on the execution they find all small consulting firms so what's happening right now and I noticed and I heard this by a couple of people saying that okay McKenzie or this big brand this big consulting firm came to this region. They landed a million-doll contract with X company over there. They don't know and don't understand the culture over here.
They don't understand the dynamics. They don't understand XY Z. So, they got us as as consultancy. They contracted us, subcontracted us at 130th of the price.
They charged a million. They charged us 20,000. We're actually executing everything and they're getting the money. So, this is a big uh pain point that we have as consultants over here. if you're not part of the big brands over there which most of us or 99% of us are not if you're starting yourself and this is a very important uh thing to or sorry to understand because this can help you navigate and position yourself properly and point number two is many of these organizations have KPIs and usually they don't care about the KPIs if it's green meaning that everything is going good or if it's a future thing which is yellow let's say they need to do it but they're doing nothing about it today because it's not urgent they they will not move because I worked with a consultant who was doing KPIs for governmental entities here and we were trying to find when do people actually buy when do people when does his target audience actually buy they buy usually when the pain point or they have a mandate that they have to get done within 30 to 90 days meaning that when the pain point is the highest and this is very important that if you're getting into this market over here with this model one is you understand the opportunity you have two understand the market sophistication.
Three, understand the initiatives and dynamics and the push towards it. And four, I want you to understand what's happening in reality with the big consulting firms and the other consulting firms that exist over here. And point number five over here, I want you to understand that people move when or when there is urgency or there's a need, there's a mandate. This has to be done within a couple of days.
And you have an advantage in this region because this region moves fast. So every time you're going to see something new popping up here, meaning more deals for you and this is something we need to learn from because on this channel you're going to see below that I used to talk about software development using AI and so on and we built a couple of apps as well. So at that time what was happening is AI was disrupting coding and it has disrupted coding and the software development space and what this does for us in the consulting space. I saw a graph on this.
I think next was education in line, but it's saying that now it's time for consulting to get disrupted. And going back to Aaron Levy's point over here, we have 18 to 24 months. I'm going to put it 12 months because I I like to have a buffer over there. It makes us move faster as well.
And I want you to know that history does not repeat itself, but it rhymes. This is history and it's rhyming right now. So, you're part of the early movers. So I hope you see the opportunity and how big it is and how timely it is for you to actually take action on this.
And I'm going to give you the path on how we are doing it so you can take action by the end of this video. But the problem is over here and this is very very important for me to point out because the majority of people will see this opportunity but still will not take action at all on this opportunity and will miss it out. And I'm going to share with you the story I was having. I was talking with this consultant and he was saying that I've been in Dubai for 20 years and in the past I started a YouTube channel when I was seeing Gary Vee with his wine TV library I think and so on I started a couple of videos they went well then I stopped he was early that's what he was saying that he was early to YouTube then he saw Facebook ads and he said I started with Facebook ads a bit and I stopped so he saw the opportunity at that time but he did not take action and today he's telling me that when I sitting with him you're saying that I wish I took action on those because I would have been in a different a completely different space today meaning that there is an opportunity that's happening right now but he missed it or at that time and he missed it and right now majority will miss it because they won't see the opportunity or feel they are within this opportunity because they're solving the wrong problems.
Let me explain to you this concept over here. So 10% of what you see or what your client sees thinks or they think it's the only problem as the full picture, but that's only 10% of the full picture. I want you to think of the iceberg over here. So they think this is the complete problem that they need to solve in order to get to an outcome or capture an opportunity when the actual problem is over here.
Because when you go to a doctor, you don't tell them I have this bacteria kind of thing within here that I need a medicine, this type of medicine for to fix this bacteria. You more tell them I'm coughing or I'm I'm I'm I have a runny nose or any symptoms that you say. This is exactly what your clients are doing to you right now. And this is what exactly consultants are saying right now.
I need more leads. I need to capture this AI window. I need to capture this AI opportunity. UAE is all about referrals.
I need to run ads. I need to fix my website to convert better. These are all 10% of the picture and it's actually not going to solve the problem. That's why they end up keep on solving this problem and we will not capture the opportunity if you just focus on these and tweak your positioning and all of that.
So what's actually wrong and actually the problem over here it can go as deep as to I'm a perfectionist. I have an issue with an imposttor syndrome that I can't charge higher prices and that's why hence I'm not making enough money and I cannot scale this business and I'm not getting the clients because I'm positioned very wrong because of this pricing and it all comes down to the mindset. So that's like the deeper part of things and I understand these are real these are what people resonate with and if you want to create content create content about how to get more leads how to make the algo work for you how to create a better landing page that converts better. This is all client facing because they are symptoms but actually what you solve over here which is based on your expertise is how do you get them to do the right sequence of tasks? how do you track the right metric or how do you have the right system in place or how to not use intuition a lot but more on B uh B day based on data and you actually fix what's the true problem over here and that's why I think what is one of the reason that consultants will focus on symptoms and not true causes until time is over and point number two is consultants usually love to operate on complete information or a lot of information and from the investing world from investing in real estate and other things.
I can tell you for a fact if you have the full information for a certain investment that this is going to be an amazing investment the opportunity is gone. You don't have that competitive edge. I don't know who said this but someone said if everyone knows the competit or or everyone has this certain competitive advantage it's no longer a competitive advantage. So you need to understand how to operate on incomplete information because one people have no clue how to use AI efficiently.
Two, people are trying to find that product market fit. Three, you're coming into this realm where there's this big opportunity. But there's this resistance over here in terms of how can I manage or how can I operate under uncertaintity or massive uncertainty with incomplete information and make educated guesses in order to get closer to the goal or get them the transformation they want. This is point number two.
Point number three is okay. Once if you're clear about your positioning, you know the root cause and you understand okay I'm going to go after this opportunity. I'm going to handle uncertainty and go forward. Point number three is by 12 months I can tell you for a fact and you can see it even today since AI has come out the Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn X and all the social medias are flooded with AI generated content and most of them are bots.
You see these em dashes and all these weird things. So, what I'm trying to say over here, the amount of content that's going to be online is going to be massive, 10 times, 100 times more than what it is today. And you putting out one piece of video, one piece of content, or playing it the normal way. Later on, it may be a challenge because you may be dropped in a complete big ocean of let's say two billion pieces of content coming out every single hour.
You're just one. So what's the probability there of someone seeing your own content? And that's why I think social media channels right now are shifting towards interest media, meaning that the algos are optimized to show you the content that you are interested in. But that's a conversation for another story.
But I say that it it's highly urgent to actually capture the opportunity right now. And I know a big names are saying certain things like it may be the last window we have to actually generate wealth or something like that. I don't know how true is that but definitely these are showing that okay it's going to be harder it's definitely going to be harder than what it is right now based on what we're seeing. So that's point number three.
Point number four is consultants usually say okay amazing I understand this I need to go get a course or coaching you know how to build my personal brand or I need to go get a course about how to do AI systems that product ties by delivery and so on. And let me tell you for a fact one major thing and I'm going to tell you what I've learned from my clients as well is that I have pursued my PhD. I've taught bachelors and master students. I've taught university engineering courses.
I've sold courses online before this. I've done coaching as well. I've done consulting. I had a done for you agency and done for you.
And what I see right now at the past nobody enjoyed sitting in that classroom and learning. They wanted to learn being practical. They wanted to put that theory into practice. What I'm seeing right now is a lot of these courses that you see online, these communities, low ticket communities and so on, they're ending up giving you or scraping all the videos they have, putting it in archive, and end up giving you a custom GP saying that go figure it out yourself now because now I helped you.
I put all my material and IP within a custom GP which you can use and that material IP is actually shared among a lot of people. So they're moving towards the custom GPT route and go figure it yourself. And point number two is coaching programs and coaches who are new to this or consultants who are new to this field. What I see they're doing right now is they use chat GBD to build their workshops.
They use chat GBD to build their their websites and so on. I before I started building this presentation you see over here by the way this was done by AI but before I built it out if I went the chat GBT route I just tested out over there and it was completely generic. you felt I felt like an AI just reading that if I spoke to you from that sense you'd be like okay I don't want to listen to this this is just me reading from chat GBT so that's point number two that that's why I went and and and actually refined it in a way and I kept the the design on the AI part but I actually gave it the knowledge and the IP I have so point number three over here the more of everything but less of personalization mean meaning that all these courses and coaching are less how can I be more scalable how can I get more clients because I want to increase my cash flow towards this business and so on. So what they end up doing is they miss out on the nuance in your current situation or what you're feeling like right now the personalization part because they're not technical enough to get AI to do help them with that and end up giving you all this generic information that okay it's nice to hear okay I get this aha moment but I actually need to make this work for my nuance situation over here and let me give you this example if I told you this book is written by AI and this book is handwritten by me which I took two years to Right? Which one would you value more?
Even though the text is exactly the same and which one would you pay more for? Exactly. We humans appreciate effort and appreciate the thought process that goes through certain things. And that's why we say 80% to 90% with AI, but there is that touch of you as well.
And there's an approach of taking your expertise and putting it within AI and making it work and not making it fully AI 100% go figure it out Mr. AI and do things for me. So this is as a whole why I think many consultants will miss the big opportunity over here which I just talked about. Now let's move on because let me let me add this point because this all mentally takes time to solve for an individual.
So now let's talk about the model itself which is the vehicle I said. So let's say AI assisted consulting business model and let's begin by defining what it actually is. And let me make this also a bit numerical so you understand. Let's quantify this.
So one the definition I have the first part of it is that we solve one outcome for one type of person using one mechanism which is the AI assisted way based on your expertise. I'm going to show you the figure behind this. So it's just one one one. So let me just make you imagine why is one and convince you over here.
So if it's one outcome let's assume these are numbers. So you have number one times number one time number one times number one which is your expertise over here which is equal one right? So let's assume that is the complexity of this kind of business model. But if you increase let's say you solve for five outcomes let's say you have five number five over here for three type of people that's 15 using two mechanisms that's 30.
So the so just don't take it figuratively but it's 30 times let's say harder to start in terms of the complexity over here based on the expertise you have which is let's say this is the expertise I have. So that's a point over here. Let's start with 1111. That's enough to hit $20,000 per month.
And then you look at the character evolution or your client or your prospect or your lead or that person you're gonna bring that transformation towards. What is the journey of that person? So first of all, they're strangers. They're strangers that exist on social media online or even offline.
So let's assume we're just looking at online over here. So there are so let's say let's also assume they're on YouTube. So there are a pool of strangers on YouTube that you serve right now who are watching videos right now or looking for the solution you have. So your first challenge would be how can I transform this stranger into a subscriber and a lead.
So look at the stage of of this stranger to subscriber subscriber to lead lead to maybe you have a customer offer over here which is a smaller offer that's why they add sprints or that's why you do audits in terms of consulting so you can land a bigger 1 million deal. And then you have the client over here. And then once that person becomes client, you get that client the result they want. We're going to break this down even more.
But th those are the stages of this model that you take someone through. They're micro steps instead of you right now going to an event, a dinner event, talking to a stranger, and telling them, "Let's set a meeting so I can make you a client." So you didn't you just skipped the subscriber nurture part. You skipped the lead part. You skipped the small audit part. you just went straight to okay let's let's let's see how we can work together how how can we collaborate all the all these nice words that consultants use and they mean just give me money so I can get you the outcome you want so this is essentially the journey of the client that we work with within this model and always have that one outcome rule if you're hitting $20,000 per month way beyond that we can change the games and change the because the physics and the constraints of the business changes I'm going to show you now in a bit but for stage one this is all you need and then also we operate under the constraint of amazing if this is the journey so there are series of tasks that need to be done to take a stranger to become a client and a client to get the result right so if there's a series of tasks what are those tasks and how can I make 80% to 90% of those tasks to be done by an AI and help me to do that while I provided the right material and context and everything in order to achieve that outcome so the end goal of this model is you're still doing advisory you're still doing consulting, you're still selling what you're selling today, but you're selling it better.
So if you want to compete with anyone within your market and you want to just out compete them, you either do it better, faster, and cheaper. So with this model, you do it better because you're data back now because AI feeds on data and you need data. So you're going to be ending up organizing a lot of data, your expertise into data. You're going to be getting data on the client, on acquisition, on different touch points with the client and so on.
So you're going to have better data over here because you're going to have better data backed decisions you're going to make and it's not based on intuition on what I feel should be changed in this situation and it's good two it's going to be faster because you productize your delivery now instead of taking six months to deliver on a certain thing you can do it really fast and number three is you make it cheaper because one you're you're trying to optimize for margins and two you're not hiring a team now because it's AI AI is cheaper than hiring a team you're not subcontracting or outsourcing it and them taking a percentage of it like a lot of factors going to enter here and we can talk about this later on. So traditional consulting intuition based and a lot of people come to me when they come as consultant they say I'm charging for my time I want to charge based on value I want to charge based on actually what I'm delivering to the market and because people have money but I need to actually one kill my limiting beliefs to take that money and point number two I want to actually have a mechanism or an offer that actually gets them the money out of them three is they they're the bottleneck of the business because the it's time related and four is every work is custom work because uh what a consultant once told me is that um this is a nice story he said that I go to people they have have no clue what they want but they know they want AI let's say and I end up sending them four proposals which is a problem statement based on what they said they get to choose one after that they choose one I send another four proposals and then they're going to choose one until we reach to this end point imagine how timeconuming is that if you're going to do it for 10 clients per month that needs a full-time employee by itself So custom work every time and you get four to 60% margins. But on the other other side with the AI consulting business model you can have databback decisions products delivery AI is your workforce systemized processes and 80 to 90% profit margins and why consulting not an agency I need you to know clearly what's happening here and this is where it gets interesting is that in consulting we used to in traditional consulting let's say we used to sell okay this is how you do things this is my system this is the answer this is how I did it in the past if you have done and this is my advice or if you're an adviser, this is my advice on how we should move forward. It's more on the strategy side and the transformation side.
An agency was more of okay, here's the website go just I I just built it out for you. It's more of you're charging for labor over here and deliverables. Here's your charging for transformation. But with an AI assisted consulting model, you're actually charging for transformation and labor together while not being an agency because many consultants do not want to be an agency at the end of the day and what they end up doing is they outsource to other people to fulfill the execution part when they their strategy stops.
I've got a lot of people asking me, okay, can we partner up? You handle the present, the implementation after we finish the presentations and the sprints and the audits and so on where our work is six weeks and then we hand over it to you to do the implementation and so on. So you're doing actually both over here and you're selling a transformation, you're keeping the margins for yourself and you're doing it much more efficiently. So this is the beauty of this model over here.
So, a big question you may get because I've been talking to a lot of people and they tell me the biggest concern we have is not because we don't believe you. You're going to get us the outcome. Yes, 100%. But we do not believe ourselves.
We've never made let's say $20,000 per month. We've never made 1 million per year or I'm not confident I can actually auto they're they're very intimidated let's say by AI itself. I'm not confident I can handle this AI or work with AI and AI can get a bit complicated as well. I can tell you for a fact or my niche is different.
They don't get this or I don't have the expertise of the AI part. I am maybe good in what I do but in AI I'm kind of and that's why I'm looking for a technical co-founder and all of those kind of things. They say there are videos by the way below in this channel as well. You can see I've talked about that.
I've done a workshop for a thousand plus founders. You can see the questions over there. So over the past five years I can tell you for a fact from starting agencies, mentorships, coaching, selling courses, teaching at the university and all my journey I can sell tell you that this is super super super easy to do but there's this friction point of it has a barrier in terms of you not being intimidated by looking at the black screen or talking to an AI and actually getting things done. So there's an approach to it and if you have that onboarding process in terms of you transition from where you are today towards what AI can do and being very very effective in using AI.
I think that's going to be a big unlock in terms of what you can provide and we've helped people start from complete zero and no clients to actually land clients. You can see a lot of testimonials. I'm going to leave it down in the description link over there. You can see all the reviews that we have.
And point number two is we've helped people scale up to $100,000 per month and way beyond that as well in this region in the UAE. Because I'm saying that in particular because many people say it does not work in this region this way. My I I'm based here but my clients are elsewhere. There's a way for it.
It works. And this exactly if you go through the AI assisted consulting business model you're going to in the direction which this region is moving and in the speed of the which this region is moving and giving them the people over here what they really want in terms of their businesses and so on to actually get to the outcome they want. So that's what I want to say over here. What's different is that it's it's still consulting.
It's still advisory. It's still what you're doing what you're doing cheaper, faster, and better. And you're using AI at this point right now to actually fulfill a lot of it. So you have this nice opportunity based on the opportunity major factors I showed you and also what's happening within or the transition that is happening or um there's there was a saying as well is they said that wealth is made when money transfers or changes hand.
So right now it's that phase of money changing hands and disrupting this consulting market. So how or what is the path over here now that you understand the opportunity the problems that may come with it the model we are building out how does it look like and all that. So point number one I want you to set certain stages within the path you're going to go. In this video we're talking about from zero to $20,000 per month and that's added or new or if you're starting from zero in terms of AI assisted consulting business.
And what I want you to do if you're going to set this out for your clients as well in terms of the stages, they're going to go through three stages. And the mentality behind of this is stage number one is from 0 to $20,000 per month, which is this video. And the physics change. If you want to get from $20,000 per month to $1 million business, you need to do certain things or different things.
And then the physics also of the business change, meaning that fundamental principles, what you need to do to get to the next number. You you know that saying that goes, what got you here won't get you there. So, what got you here won't get you there. So, everything changes.
And what got you here, milestone number four, won't get you way beyond the $1 million business unless you tweak certain things. And that's what based on what we set our stages. And that is your milestones right now. If you're here, great.
This video is for you. If you're not here, if if you're not here, let's say you you're here, okay, great. This video is still for you, but you need to do more of other things you using this AI assist consulting model. And also the same goes for stage number three.
Meaning that right now your main focus is to package the expertise you have. And I'm going to show you exactly how and you're going to be learning by doing. And this is a very important point. So let me add this story.
So one of my clients Chris, he went through the whole thing at the very beginning a year back. And I asked him for feedback. I said, "What do you think? What would you change through the full program that you've been to through with us?" He said that uh I would want to learn more by doing.
So that's why this is over here. So you learn more by doing. That's point number one. And not by actually uh learning the theory.
Okay, why is this niche? Why what what is what is a niche and so on. But more of actually picking it and going and seeing and testing the niche and so on. Learning by doing.
At point number two, he mentioned I would like an AI or something to have context on on me. meaning that highly leveraged done for you work meaning that okay the full the full AI doesn't need me to repeat to it what I I am what I do and so on but more of this is understand me every single day and we just build on top of that and point number three is this took me a bit of time to understand the theory and actually apply it and figure out my position and so on so how can we make stage one as efficient as possible where we can do it all for you initially and that's how you You should be thinking with your clients as well. Stage one usually has that cold start problem. How can we do it very fast, quickly, initially so we get the thing done so you can move to the next stages where they can refine it. So think of it this way.
This is a fully done for you. It gets done with you at these two stages over here. And a very critical point I get as well from a lot of people when I talk about this AI assisted consulting business. Consultants usually have in this world something called vendor lock in.
So there's a way or there's something people do and this is very subconscious by the way. They try to extend I think someone said uh consultants are like are like shrinks. They give you medicine for a psychological problem they have you have and they try to prolong it for a couple of years when they could solve it in just one week. So there's a lot of sentiment around that as well by your clients most probably if you're a consultant.
So this is how at and at this point if you be super transparent with them where you tell them at stage one within your business if I'm going to deliver this for you and this is the way we do it as well you're going to have everything and you're going to be completely independent of on us because usually they think we're not ready to invest in such solutions for the long term and so on and you tell them no this is completely independent of us we're going to build it out for you yes whatever you're building out as a consultant and you're going to keep it if you decide to move forward with us to stage two to stage three or not or say stage one completely up to you. So this is essentially the stages the macro picture over here the stages where the physics change and then you have a couple of milestones where you get them through the journey to get them to the outcome they want. That's point number one and point number two of how everything works is the infrastructure. So right now you have expertise within your mind and to deliver on every single expertise I go or I take I I take this fivestep sequence over here.
So first I collect context around the person that it's in front of me. I give that context to AI in terms of okay let's personalize whatever this person is going through with this AI three I generate what I need to generate whether it's a presentation whether it's a deck whether it's a app whatever it is just take your example and then I review it as a human I generate this is AI done 80 to 90% of generation is done by AI I review that last 20 10% and then I deliver it to the clients this generation is what takes 80 to 90% of the time in usually It's not this, it's not this. So this is what we make AI do in the delivery process. Now let me show you the four layers and how we do it.
So it just clicks in your mind and how you can set it up in terms of your full infrastructure. So we talked about the 10% vis visible symptoms. The first thing you're going to do is you're going to look at your client and you're going to say okay what are the 10% or what is the symptoms they keep on talking about within their marketplace. one maybe for a supply chain industry maybe um I don't trust giving my data to AI or I don't trust giving my data to you that's a visible symptom what's the root cause you're going to find out another is I need more leads that's a visible symptom what's the root cause you're going to find out so you're going to set your visible symptoms it's it's a niche specific is consultant specific and you're going to find the root causes of that and once you have that you can build your complete infrastructure notice I did not talk about AI in terms of this infrastructure just yet because AI comes as a next layer. It doesn't come as AI by itself.
I want AI and AI exists in this isolated world. So how we do it, I think this is going to make most sense for you is that a person comes to us, a consultant comes to us, they have a certain set of expertise either they're transitioning from corporate, they're doing some advisory work on the side, or they are just running a business, they're completely independent and they want to get more clients. So what we do initially for the first week is we go through an extraction week meaning that we're going to extract as much as details as possible from that person such something similar to an onboarding form. So we'll go through an extraction week.
So he's going to get as much as details from that person. And this is done essentially by point number one. We have a one-on-one extraction called where deep dives into expertise. If it's a team, we're handling a team.
We're going to talk to a multiple stakeholders just so we have full context within the business itself. And point number two, we're going to give them access to a private Slack channel for the full week where they can drop us voice notes, text because sometimes some people don't have everything at top of mind right now. It comes late at night, in the afternoon, wherever it is, they just drop it in that channel. And by the end of week number one, what happens is that we extract all that information, synthesize it, and start building the main components over here, the first draft of them, which is the offer document.
What is the offer or the proposal or the contract you're going to be sending to the clients? Who's your target audience? What's your proprietary model over here? Your IP, what's your positioning within your complete market?
And what's the complete offer packaging in terms of the pricing and so on. And this point, the extraction point, is what creates your offer. So once you have the offer in in place and a very important note over here many YouTube videos and everyone tells you okay you need to have content pillars and a content strategy in order to get clients I sometimes do not create content for this particular reason meaning that I don't have content pillars I have context pillars if I have an offer all I content I want to make is to build context around this offer and the reason you have some people have content pillars is because they're not clear about their offer which means they creating content for the sake of creating content which does not effectively build the personal brand or even get them clients if they actually are doing that for that sake. So this is why this is the first point your expertise extraction point your offer over here and once your offer is in place the business the consulting business the AI assisted consulting business has two parts to it one is acquisition and one is the delivery acquisition as we just mentioned a couple of minutes back we said that it's when a stranger goes to becoming a subscriber to becoming a lead to becoming a customer or a client this is what gets you this paying clients over here and to get to that acquisition you need three main things point number one is you need to create content I'm just going to put this out so you feel how much we need to do and feel the and and most of the time maybe you don't feel that but most of the time people feel overwhelmed at this point they're like this is a lot of things I don't have clue to do some of them and I don't have like the skills to do some of them and I don't have the time to do some of them and so on so this is where the problems come so in acquisition as I said in the content is you create a bunch of content short form content Instagram content LinkedIn content whatever content on short form pl uh platform forms.
Then you have long form content which is your YouTube videos such as this video. Then you have the daily ideation of the content. Then you have the market research. What does the market want?
What content does the market want? And then the branding of the of the of your brand, your personal brand and all that essentially the colors, the typography and everything that comes with the content. The material you're going to prepare this presentation over here everything that comes within the content realm. The second point after content is the conversion.
Meaning that okay, content's created, attention is coming in. Now, how do I capture that attention? What's the landing page I'm going to build? Do I need a website?
What's the email sequence? If someone gives me their email, what email welcome sequence do I take them through? What's the CRM? How am I going to get the leads?
How am I going to look at the analytics of these leads? What is the funnel over here? And how do I capture that leads? What's the form?
Where's the form? What's the headline? What's the copy? is all those kind of things where you convert someone from being an absolute stranger you create content for to becoming a subscriber still creating content for to make them become a lead by putting links in the description like this video over here. You can go click on that and you can also enter my world and go to the next step.
So that's point number two. Point number three is a close. So once these are within your system, you want to close them, right? That's the point of having leads, right?
You need to qualify them and then close them and get them to become clients. So, how do you get them to be interested? How do you raise their hands where they show you, I'm interested. Can I can I see your offer?
How do you handle objections? How do you take them through the conversion pro process? What's your offer document over here? How do you sell by calls?
What's the call script? Or how do you sell by chat if you're not going to do any sales calls? What's this chat script over here? What's the process should I take them through?
So, all these tasks is just to get you one client. And you keep on repeating it over and over again at volume to get many clients. So, this is the first part of the equation. The second part and mind again I'm going to remind you it all comes down and the source is the offer and the source of the offer is your expertise which is what's in your brain.
It's kind of making money out of thin air because it goes through this process but this is how the factory works. So now you have a paying client and in in our region and culture we have something called amman meaning that if someone gives you money you have a job or your duty is to actually deliver the value that you they they they entrusted that money for like they give you money you need to deliver the value for that. So now it's where the playing client or getting the results for that customer begins. So this is where the delivery system start.
The first part is they paid you. What's the onboarding sequence for the client? What's the welcome sequence? What's the intake form?
If you're doing extraction, what's the extraction point uh steps and process? What's the kickoff agenda? What's the call you're going to do? What's the account setups you're going to do?
And what's the contract you're going to send to that person? If there's an NDA, what's the NDA you're going to send to that person? And then once that's done, how do you deliver? What's the AI workflows you're going to have that's going to help you with this AI assisted consulting business?
What's the reports you're going to deliver? What's the decks? What's the templates for that? What's a project management tool you're going to use if you're going to manage a couple of people and what's the check-in templates to make everything ensure that everything is on track.
So, there's a lot of things that go in the delivery. And then the last point over here is how do you retain this person? What's the upsell sequence? How do you increase the lifetime value of this person?
What's the offboard agenda if someone doesn't want to continue? How do you get a referral? How do you get a testimonial? And this is how you take someone from a paying client to actually getting the results to actually getting the testimonial. taking that testimonial, bringing it back over here to the content, repeating the flywheel over and over again until you get the number or clients you want and actually being delivering the business.
Now, this may sound a lot like a lot of work like I need to do all that to actually run a business. And if you're doing it solo, you most probably are doing some lagging on some. Sometimes you do a LinkedIn post, sometimes you do YouTube video, sometimes you're trying to figure out your welcome sequence, you're changing it for the fifth time. like it's very fragmented in terms of the work you are doing and that's where AI can help a lot in automating the acquisition part and also in the delivery part as well where 80 to 90% of the work that's needed to get the system running is done by AI itself and that's your platform and a very important point I want to make it I'm I'm not saying AI is something that you should show your clients because it saying that I'm using AI is like saying I'm using water. I'm drinking water.
People don't care anymore about AI. They care about outcomes and results. And as long as you get those outcomes and results at a high quality in the way that they want it or that transformation because we're not doing any agency work over here, but more of a transformation kind of work, then they'll be more than happy to actually pay you more and retain and stay longer with you and so on. And this is your secret sauce in terms of how you operate everything.
And within our business in Ciola, what we do is we set out this full system. This is how an AI assistant consulting business works. There's multiple parts to it and we add bolt on that AI layer and we use ourselves AI to build this out for our clients and we also give it to clients where they can operate it themselves and manage it themselves and also they build it out for their clients and they operate it for their clients themselves to make money. So essentially everything might seem intimidating.
It might seem like a lot of work but AI is handling 80 to 90% of all of this. So as I mentioned your offer is the main part of everything. There's context around that and it's pushed to every other thing. Offers usually come first.
And let me just break this uh theory over here because or misconception because a lot of consultants tell me this. What if I tell them everything? What if I give them all the information? So, if we're talking about AI assisted consulting businesses and not courses, low ticket businesses, or something that costs, let's say, $100, $200, let's say $1,000 as well.
Well, if we're not talking about that, we're talking about high ticket things. people actually appreciate and I've tested this out that you are selling or you're giving them all the information like I am doing with this video over here and selling the implementation of this where you tell them you can take all of this go implement it yourself which most probably they were not because of the nuances that exist within your full process within like for example in the landing page they're going to be like okay I don't know how to deploy this I don't know where to put it oh the SS SSL is not working let's say email sequence Oh, my emails are landing in spam now. It's not working really. So, there's a lot of nuances based on the person that's implementing this. And point number two, they most probably don't have time if they have clients.
And point number three is very overwhelming to them because I in the past also when I give some some clients, I told them, okay, you need to do all of this. They told me I am, but I'm overwhelmed really like I'm being honest with you. So, that's where I decided to cut everything out. Let's do the done for you and they can revise and review later on.
So if you want one model to have in your mind over here is that you know the opportunity and you do get initially in the different stages that you're going to take take your clients through in the stage one try to make it heavily done for you where you use AI to automate everything to actually deliver the main things that you need to deliver for that outcome that they want and then give them the done with you part where they can refine every small piece within this puzzle over here to their liking and they can take their time with it because the biggest pain point is that the cold start problem when they start working with you in an AI consulting business as or any traditional consulting business is there's that cold start problem in terms of okay now I need to do all of this you give me the strategy now I need to execute who's going to execute for me do you know anyone do you and then you start going looking for outsourcing this to someone that can execute and so on so instead of going that route execute initially all at once give them the skeleton and then start fixing it and that could be done in the acquisition part and the delivery part if you're doing businesses your your business of course has different systems over here whether you're doing depending on consulting work. So for our case is acquisition part and that's what you're going to go through get strangers to become followers subscribers to become lead to become client and everything we just talked about and then clients to becoming case studies over here. So what I want you to take away from this video up to now and so far I'm going to go deep into this in further videos but one is go from chasing to attracting and have massive leverage and don't have that m that old belief of Dubai works in this way the UA works in this way this is how this region works this is how we need to operate no we have proven that this can work in the way that I just showed you people want it there's a massive demand there's a massive gap and there's a way to actually go ahead of this and point number two is this is your new belief. Do this until you hit $20,000 per month.
