this region works on referrals or it's about who knows who or it's about was right wrong. I'm going to prove that to you. I'm going to show you our exact lead system for our consulting business and it's the exact system we've implemented for our clients as well. We take complete strangers to becoming qualified leads to becoming clients every single day, four to 20 of them for the past couple of years.
And I'm going to show you exactly how we've been doing it in the Middle East because there's a lot of misconception. This thing or this concept over here does not work in the Middle East, but it works outside of the Middle East. And I'm going to prove it to you. It works.
So, quick transparency here. And why am I giving you the complete playbook is that we play long-term games with long-term people. I want to give you everything we do in terms of solving that lead problem for you. So you go out there, test it out, execute, see results and see how good it works.
And then in the future, if you decide to work with us to build the other systems which is beyond lead generation, let's say we're going to solve client delivery or we're going to solve lead nurturing or we're going to solve a positioning and offer problem or we're going to look at the business and automate it with AI. All of that we can do together in the future. So in this video, we're going to cover four main things. Point number one is the mental shift or the mental reframes.
I want you to have and why this works in the Middle East. I'm going to show you our system. We're going to choose our platform which is good for let's say consulting clients and how to capture them, how to find them within the UAE. I'm going to give you the exact system.
I'm going to show it to you. I'm going to show you how you can fly in the constraints, why you're not getting leads at this moment. You're going to answer that question and I'm going to show you the AI layer that comes on top of this alongside with a demo of our platform. I'm going to show you, go through it, show you what numbers, what metrics we track and how do you find the constraint for clients and for ourselves every every time it comes and exists.
So we're going to solve the lead problem in the next seven days and this is the framework I want you to execute. So to begin the first thing we need to do is define what is a lead. A lead very simply is someone who has given you permission to talk to them. It's either email, my personal favorite, or it can be a DM where they DM you asking for your service.
That's it. That's a lead. We're not talking about qualified leads. We're talking about a lead.
What is a lead? So before getting into the systems, I want to give you five principles that make lead generation work for you in this region. Without these principles, you're going to find it tough or it's going to be a very you're going to have a hard time getting those leads or making the systems work for you. So point number one, principle number one, the Middle East is different.
What works outside I've tested it out does not work the same way at the same effectiveness at the same efficiency in this region because the culture here is different. You need to understand the culture. You need to have context and how we do things differently and how a deal or business is made within this region and then you can get your eids very easily. Meaning that in the west they care about and this is common if you want to do it in the west.
You send a bunch of cold emails. You talk about your mechanism. You talk about your promise. And you talk about this is the way we're going to achieve it.
This is a bunch of guarantees. And then you show a bit okay here a bit of case studies. And then you make the deal. But in the Middle East, it's more about who are you?
Who are you to begin with? Like who it it depends on who you are and that's comes before the mechanism and the promise and all of that. And that's what we lead with. So, uh, if you just think about it, the UAE has a 10 million plus minus population and with that population, how many of them are most likely going to be your clients and not it's not that much if you think about the total addressable market that you have the TAM that you have within this region or this let's say in the UAE.
So, this makes it kind of a premium market based on simple economics of supply and demand. meaning that privacy, confidentiality, exclusiveness, reputation, status and ego have all this tiny effects. These factors have a tiny effects on how you get the leads and how you get people to actually become clients and consulting clients of yours. So that's point number one. This place is built different and we understand how it operates so we can actually get the leads and the clients we want and the consulting and run a successful consulting business.
Point number two is now if you're targeting executives, decision makers or anyone anyone who has come to the UAE who has bought an apartment let's say any expat who has come who has rented an apartment they have been through some process of going through a broker and giving them their number looking for the proper place and then may maybe also some people have invested in apartments if they have come here to a hotel or something. So the main point I'm trying to make your contact information and many people contact information has been passed around and what these real estate even though it's illegal but what some of them do is that they take that database they take the lead which you are in this case and they sell it to other people so they can make a money on top of that me myself I get calls every single day for properties I've sold five years past they they they tell me is it available for rent are you selling it and so on and I don't have any they don't update their database space based on that and it keeps on getting sold around. So what happens is your clients right now your consulting clients if they're executives and founder most probably they've thought about investing in property right most probably they've done things so their numbers are within certain databases and people are buying them and those people are bombarding them every single day with cold calls I get five as I said five plus minus every single day and WhatsApp messages and code outreach and all these code messages and so on. So they're very exhausted.
That's the point I'm trying to make. And this is of course not just this region, but I'm telling you just so you understand. So you understand how the Middle East operates. That's point number one.
Then you understand your ideal client right now is bombarded with cold messages every single day. And if you come with your consulting offer or whatever you have and say, "Hey, do you want my offer?" Or you do you follow the same approach, they're most probably defensive about it. And there's not many of them. So you can burn your leads very quickly.
So that's point number two. Point number three is the intenttometer. So you need to develop this kind of gut feeling or six sense in terms of who this person is and are they interested or not. And there's a qualitative way of doing it which is your gut feeling as I mentioned but you can also do this quantitatively in terms of what is the criteria that makes this person high intent or low intent or they're likely to become a lead or not likely to become a lead and so on.
So this is how I look at it. If you post on LinkedIn or if you post a post on social media and your aim of that post is to get a lead. So what could happen with that post? One, they could read it and pass by.
So you don't see those people. They read it, they pass by, they don't engage, they don't talk to you, nothing at all. Point number two is they like the post. Point number three is they comment on the post.
Point number four is they like and comment. Point number five is they repost the post. Point number six is they follow you because of that post because they liked it and so on. And point number seven is they DM you.
How I gauge this is the more or the higher or the more they are to the right, the higher intent they have in terms of becoming a lead. If they DM you, of course they have become a lead because they have given you permission to talk to them. Then and your job, your sole job is to get people to read and to get them to DM you through these micro steps over here. They it could happen with one post where they read it, they like it and it resonates and they DM you.
It could happen that they liked a couple of times and then they DM you. It could happen in multiple ways. I just want you to understand that once you see a name on social media, you see them liking and so on. Just have a gut feeling at the back of your head.
Okay, this person liked a lot of posts. Maybe I should reach out and just open a conversation. Maybe they're likely to become a lead at some point. So, this is a very practical lesson that I could give you.
In the past when people used to connect with me or follow me, I used to reach out to them. That's like a couple couple of years back. Then I had a higher criteria where I said if they like three times or if they comment three times on a particular post, I'm going to reach out to them. And when I say reach out, I don't mean I'm going to sell, hey, are you interested in buying my services because you like my post?
I don't mean that. What I mean is that I just open a conversation because they have shown intent. So, if you're starting out right now, you're you're going to be most probably on the left side of this gauge over here. You're going to see people who are liking and commenting maybe once, maybe twice.
Those are the people you reach out to. But you don't reach out because of this point over here to complete strangers who have no clue and who don't care. And a quick tip over here, if if you want to know you did a good job or not in terms of you timed it right, you you're most likely going to hear if you do it somewhere here after three posts. Let's say you reach out, they're going to say, "Hey, I love your content by the way." Like you see that phrase coming in as you they respond to you.
So that's point number three. Point number four is f pain is psychological meaning that a lot of people and this is just an example say I don't have leads. But what do they truly mean when they say I don't have leads or I want more leads. They mean that I'm worried that if I don't get enough leads, I may end up having to go get a job because this can't pay my bills because I'm not getting clients.
Or they mean that we're not getting enough leads this month, meaning that I cannot make payroll of this favorite employee who has a family and then I need to fire them because I can't give them the salary and then they're going to be in trouble because I really care about that person. So they what they feel truly matters more than the pain or what they're saying and the symptoms they are saying and looking at it this way it makes it very easy to get people down this ladder or this gauge that you have in terms of intent and certain emotions work a lot in this region and we've tested it out with ourselves and clients and you see me repeatedly use it is reputation status ego and their position or or or other things around the title kind of feelings that you can get. So you tap into those and you're going to have much easier time in terms of converting those leads. And the final point I want to make over here is that leads is a skill that if you learn and master for your consulting business, you have unlimited lives.
Meaning that if you make a mistake tomorrow in your business, you lose all your clients, but you know how to get leads. That's a skill that's going to give you unlimited lives where you can reset and recover much faster if you don't know how to get leads. So, I highly highly recommend you master what I'm going to show you over here because it's going to give you unlimited lives in terms of how many times you can make mistakes and reset and actually get this right and make a lot of money. So, that's the main five principles that I need you to have in terms of the reframes if you're going to generate a bunch of leads.
And the final thing I want you to know in this part is that look at the journey of a person or a stranger in micro steps. Don't look at it as bit this big fluffy thing in terms of I need leads. Someone told me create content you're going to get leads. So that's kind of fluffy.
Where's the specifics in this? And I completely understand. Once we're going to go through this, you're going to see it's going to get a bit overwhelming for you. You're going to say, "Hey, there's a lot of things I need to do in order to get leads." And that's fine.
It's a good emotion because if I just tell you go put content out there, you're going to get leads. You're it's not going to solve any problem that you have. So look at it in micro steps. So right now there's a bunch of strangers on social media.
They're online. Let's say in particular they're they have the ability to become your connection followers and they're looking for solution that you may have. Your goal is to pop up in front of them and turns them into leads which I'm going to show you exactly how. And there are metrics that we can track.
So there are many platforms now we're going to talk about platforms that you can do this you can do this on X Instagram LinkedIn or Tik Tok or whatever platform you have but for consulting businesses I found LinkedIn to be the most effective and most easiest at the time being because all the decision makers are there and not many people are focusing it people tell you hey the majority of people of the UAE and this region is on Tik Tok or Instagram that's true but are they my clients are They the people that let's say I want to have as client are they as that decision or executive scrolling on on Tik Tok right now and why are they scrolling on Tik Tok are they therefore the intention of making or getting business or they're just entertaining themselves. So these are the questions you may ask and I found LinkedIn to be the best and that's why for this particular video which is about finding leads for consulting businesses I want to focus on LinkedIn. So if you focus on LinkedIn, what are the main ways we can get leads on LinkedIn? What can we do in terms of activities on LinkedIn?
You can do this for any platform by the way. You can post content, you can run ads on those content, you can do outreach, right? Three main things. And for ads in this video, this is a later play because right now, if you're looking for leads, if you're not getting four to 20 leads every single day, I don't recommend ads. ads is more of not a boosting a let's say unvalidated post to a bunch of strangers but more of amplifying content or the main engine to other people.
What we're going to do is we're going to do a combination to get leads of content and outreach. For content is going to be the main engine. We're going to keep on posting content. I'm going to show you how exactly over here.
This is the principle. And then in outreach, you're going to push people down that gauge that I told you. We're not gonna outreach cold message strangers we have no clue exists and so on or they have no clue that we exist or who we are. Hey, are you interested in the workshop or the free workshop I'm running this Saturday?
We're not going to do that. We're going to more of doing in a warm and elegant way. So I'm going to show you in a bit how to do that. So the content principle over here since it's the main engine, you're not going to shout, you're going to whisper.
What do I mean by whisper not shout? what people are doing right now in posts saying that hey I have this job opening who's interested or hey buy my stuff or hey we're running a free workshop on Friday are you interested sign up on this link that's I'm going to give you the equivalent of that if you're at a restaurant and how that looks like so imagine you're at a restaurant and someone fates and you want to call the doctor or you can't call the doctor because you're holding this person you stand on the table and shout and say hey somebody call a doctor because this guy is fainting or somebody call an ambulance this guy is failing. So, what would what's most likely to happen in this scenario? They're going to look at each other. They're going to see who's going to call the doctor or who's going to call the ambulance and so on.
And the person is like in deep trouble. But imagine you point at someone say, "Hey, you with the black shirt, with the curly hair, with XY Z, like you describe that person and say, "Call the doctor right now. Pick up your phone and do that." How likely is that person to call a doctor? I mean, that's that's highly likely for that person.
So what I'm trying to say over here, whisper to the right person. Don't shout to everyone on social media because that's one of the things that people don't like within this region. They don't like shouting. They don't like noise because of the nature and landscape and everything I showed you.
And this is one of the best ways and I can I can confidently tell you this. Many of my clients found success when they started whispering to the right exact person that they want to speak to. And the way you whisper is you talk about the psychoraphics. Meaning that remember when I said pain is psychological.
It means you talk about the unspoken truths. You don't talk about the symptoms because there those are things they want to say but they don't say it resonates along. And then you talk about the culture over here which is understanding this region. By the way, many people fear as consultants to be very specific to this culture, this region and so on.
And the reason is they think they're limiting themselves in terms of the potential of clients they can get. But if you tap into this culture, you're actually going to get more people. You're not you're not you're not going to go against it. And this was something we also did.
It it requires a bit of courage, but once you do it, you're going to see the difference. And point number three, which is the content, which is content comes in the middle. You wrap it with culture. You wrap it with psychoraphics.
That's where how you attract people on that gauge and mainly in the DMs. And statistically speaking, I can confidently tell you based on the data we have, if you do this for 10 days, you resonate, you whisper to the right exact person, you're gonna get DMs, which are leads at the end of the day, you're going to get a lot of inbound DMs. And it's you're going to see it work for you. So that's this point in terms of whispering, don't shout.
And then now let's talk about the butterfly principle. And how I like to describe this is when I went to the other day and took my kids to the butterfly garden because they want to see a bunch of butterflies. They were running after the butterflies trying to catch them and put them on their hand so they can look at the how how it looks like and so on and enjoy essentially the butterflies. But what happened was when they chased them, they kept on running away.
But when they stood with their finger out there and they just like walked and they were in their own lane, you saw this butterfly come and sit on the fingers and on their clothes on their head and so on. The point I'm trying to make this region works exactly that way. Once you follow someone, they fly away. Like once they feel that desperate or neediness that I need you as a client, I need you as a lead.
I even if it's unintentional, even if it's subconscious, they just smell it or sniff it, they're going to run the other direction. So what you're going to do is you're going to be in this frame that I'm on this direction. I get this outcome with my consulting business. This is what we do.
This is the direction or the change or the big vision I have for this industry that I'm in. If you want to follow me, come along. If you don't want to follow me, fine. It's it's okay.
I'm going to keep walking this direction. And at some point maybe we end up working together because again coming to the landscape reputation status ego me having a big ambition going towards this direction to towards this big goal is very very important in this region it helps you a lot if you have that mentality and mindset. So to sum everything up with this point over here when should you do content when should you do outreach? How should you do everything?
What how could we connect all the dots which we just talked about. So look at this graph over here. If you're starting out right now, what you're going to do is you're going to do this mix of content and warm outreach. Later on, you can decide if you want to do warm outreach or not because you're going to have much more demand.
So, think about economics, think about supply and demand. Later on, maybe you can change the model that you have. But right now, you're going to post content. If you want to post every single day, great.
You're going to post content every single day resonating to the right person with the culture, with the context, with the psychoraphics, the psychology, and the pain points to showing you're active, you're alive, you're on this mission, you're in this direction, and so on. And then you're going to see who's engaging from that content. And you're going to see, okay, if they're lead, if they're sending you DMs, great, that becomes a lead. If they're liking post, okay, how can I push them further along?
I'm going give give you exactly how to do that. I just want you to get the concept at this point. And then at some point when the de when content is working as well as warm outreach then you can get rid of this. And I can tell you for a fact if you believe that content takes a lot of time it takes more time than warm outreach.
Yes. But if you do it in this way it's the fastest path I've found to get leads in the next 10 days let's say and you're going to solve it once and for all. So now let's talk about the systems. Let's get into the specifics.
Up to now we've talked about the reframes. We talked about the platform and how it works and all of that. Now I want to get into the systems. It may get a bit overwhelming but that's good because you now understand how everything works one by one and we can you can take this at your own time as well.
So this is where the numbers live. Systems is all about numbers. It's all about metrics. And once you set this up once it keeps on working like a charm as they say.
So let's talk about the content system at the very beginning. So what you do when you you create content, you create a piece of content, you post that content. So what happens when you post that content, you get impressions. I'm taking to the micro steps over here.
You get impressions. What happens when you get impressions? Maybe some people like it. Maybe some people comment on your post.
What happens afterwards? You get followers. And what happens next, which what we're optimizing for, we get leads. So the main point is, did we get enough impressions from this post?
Yes. Did we get enough engagement? So there is a transition phase over here which you can get a metric. Did we get enough engagement from this impressions?
Yes. Did we get enough followers from this engagement? Yes. Then we then that says that our posts or content is performing well.
Then we're going to see okay, can we push them to become leads or are they not yet ready to become leads? What's our minimum threshold in terms of that intent gauge that I just gave you? That's how you create content and push them towards becoming leads. And how do you capture those leads?
One, we said leads can be if they DM us. Point number two is they can become leads if they just enter their email on a website and we get their email. So an email is also a lead. So if we're going the email route, okay, this person engates and this person found a link.
So let me let me just give you this because most consultants say, "Okay, I'm posting a lot of content, but I'm not getting enough leads." The first question I ask is, are people actually finding the link? when they mean leads as email are people actually finding the link to actually enter their email and to become a lead and most of the time is not and most of the time you may feel this resistance that I don't want to look spammy and keep on putting the link hey join my list join my list join my list and so on so there are elegant ways to do this you don't need to be spammy and people appreciate it if you do it right and you make it very contextual and not generic and not AI kind of this is an AI thing that I'm offering do you want it people don't want AI stuff because they have their own chatgbt accounts So engagers find a link. They click on the link. So so the question, let's let's break it down. So the engagers and the followers, they see your post, they find the link, they click on the link, they go on the website, they read the copy in the website, if it's interesting enough, they enter their email, then they become elite.
So this is the process in terms of what they go through. At any point if they drop off, that's where the problem is. Meaning that if they read if they go to the website but they don't enter their email the content of the website was not interesting or intriguing enough. If they don't go to the website from the post then they either the post is not intriguing enough or they did not find the link of the of the or you did not put a link towards what to to the website and how to capture that email.
And also sometimes in the profile what we feel and think is that oh but my link is in the profile. Oh my link is in the feature section oh my link is XY Z. I guarantee you most of the time you know where the link is but they have no clue that there is a link to begin with. So this is in ter how you capture essentially the leads and making them and make them emails.
So now moving to the next point then your question becomes okay I'm getting leads now or I'm not getting leads why am I not getting leads or I want qualified leads. So, if you're starting out and you're not getting four to 20 emails or four to 20 DMs or a mixture of them every single day, I'd say don't add friction. Don't think about qualification until you get to that number. And once you get to that number, then you can add friction because you know the system is working.
Now, I can add friction. So, less people come in through the pipeline knowing that the pipeline is clean and it works, but the right people will come in after this friction that I put in. So, this is very important. Don't add friction and applications and all this and a million let's say the easiest thing to do as a landing page just enter tell them to enter their email but don't add a million questions in terms of asking you a 100 questions and tell them okay now I'm not getting leads so this is the main point over here so we talked about content we talked about how to capture from content now let's talk about the intent to meter trigger over there from the content so when they post content they like they comment and they follow or they repost or whatever they do a criteria I had and I loved this show was a sweet spot in the middle at the very beginning it was connections and then it become if they liked or commented or engaged let's say three times on my content if they engage three times or like three times I reach out with a simple message saying that hey I saw that you like this or I just started conversation and a very important frame to have over here when you're starting conversation don't sound robotic because it's going to come out as salesy or weird or have this awkward vibe But think before you send that message, if I saw this person in real life at an event and I wanted to approach this person, what would I say?
One, I'd say their name. Two, if I don't know their name, I look at their badge and say, "What's Ahmed?" And then they're going to say, "Yes, I'm Adam." And or or just keep it very casual, you know. So then when you open that conversation, and this is a hack that I do for example, let's take this example over here. For example, if I see someone engaging with content about leads because I'm going to create content about how to get more leads or whatever.
If that person engaged, I reach out to them and I say, "Hey, I saw you engaged with that content. You know that I put out the full video, which is this video on YouTube that's about exactly this and how to solve it. Do you want me to share it with you?" They're going to say most probably yes. And then you're going to get the link and drop it over there.
So now you've sent an asset and give the up front. And that's why I I like to create these YouTube videos at the back of my head thinking that in the future if someone asks me I can't put this as a an let's say an excuse to or excuse to actually talk to other people in terms of giving them value. So this is point number two. Point number three is leave the conversation open.
So remember the concept I said you're on this direction you're doing this thing. If you want you can follow me and this is me. I'm not needy. I'm not salesy.
Not whatsoever. So this is a hack over here which you need to trust the process and your gut to as well. So what I do is when I send this I leave the conversation open. So why this works and why do they reach out after I leave the conversation open?
Because this trick over here or this hack or tactic over here does three things. It breaks the ice for those who are shy or have an ego or whatever. It handles their ego as well because they feel like they don't want to reach out first. Reach out first.
So you reach out and then they open the conversation and they they they just responds to you or you position yourself as I'm here to give you more value and I'm not here to take from you whatever it is. So this is very very important because I accidentally found this but when I started conversations left the conversation where it was after a couple of days they used to say hey um I just wanted to ask you what service do you have or I love your content I love your content about this resonated. So basically you make the flow much easier if you just do this and just start the conversation and leave it. Of course you can be more direct based on your gut and what you feel their intent is.
But essentially if you leave the conversation most of the time if you've done the right steps they're going to reach out and ask you. But if they did not in 7 days and 12 days and 14 days and you really think you can help them and add value to their business and so on, you can send another asset. So I recorded another video about how to convert those leads. Do you want it?
Yes. So here's a video. If you watch the first one, this is the second one. At some point, they're going to say, "Amazing.
This person is uh actually providing a lot of value. They care about me, my business, much more than I do. Let's ask them what do they have? What service do you have?" So you have high likelihood to do that.
And the I think I think the biggest problem over here for consultants is it's hard to believe the process. It's a lot of believing and trusting that they will I'm providing goodwill and you cannot see goodwill and trusting it's going to come back and they're going to ask me and then we're going to form this kind of situation where it's working and they're asking for my offer and they understand what my offer is without reading the offer and they trust me and you know it's kind of a nice loop that happens. So that's why I highly highly recommend if you post content and you post YouTube videos, if you're not going to do it now, do it in the future. But if you post YouTube videos as well, it's going to compound in a way you can't imagine where it solved the lead problem, it solved the sales problem and whatn not.
And I can give you a statistics over here from out of all the clients that I've worked with. When I talked to them, why did you come and join or why did you sign up or why did you decide working with us? They said, "I watched at least one to two videos on YouTube and then I decided, okay, I resonated with this exact part." Each person is different. You don't know which which part resonates with who.
But if you're just talking about what you do and providing the value and nurturing, they're going to convert. It's going to make it much easier. That's that's the main point I'm trying to make. And the more personalized it is, better, meaning that video is much better than voice.
Voice is better than text. And text is text essentially. But don't make it long. Keep it very short. two to three minutes works really well.
If you post a voice note, let's say five voice notes, each one five minutes, most probably it's harder or they're gonna ignore it if they're they have no clue. Say, I don't have time to listen to all 20 minutes of voice notes. So once that's in place, you understand the system both from the content side both and how people become leads on a website and also how to take them through the intenttometer by sending them assets and so on. you can diagnose if you're capturing your numbers. And this is what we do as well.
We capture every single number for our clients and for ourselves. I'm going to show you the platform. You're going to see the numbers. You're going to see how it looks like just you have a picture.
But then you can identify where the clog is or where is the pipeline stopping. So as we mentioned, we have strangers. Strangers become impressions. Impressions become engagement, which is like an comment.
Comments and engagements become profile visits or they become reposts. profile visits become link clicks if they find the link link clicks they go on the website if they like the copy of the website they sign up in terms of the email and those emails then maybe they can respond to your emails when you send those emails out or your offer out or they DM you instead of because they resonated really with your content and your email and they go in this loop in terms of okay they're resonating I'm resonating with his content I like his YouTube videos I like this person's u whatever they're doing within their ecosystem they're providing value and so on. So you find the clog, you find the exact problem and the leads flow in. If this is all smooth, then you can add friction in terms of qualifying the leads and going on. And this is exactly how we do it in this region.
By the way, this works really, really well. And I think the foundational principle behind all of this is understanding the emotions, the mentality, the culture, the context. And that's how we've made this work in this region. And this is our complete playbook.
So AI does not make sense initially. It makes sense when you have the system and something functional in place. Most people see AI and say, "I want AI to create my content." But if your content is not working in the first place, AI can't make the content work for you. If your website is not working, the copy of the website or whatever approach you're using is not working, AI won't fix it for you.
It's just going to amplify some like somehow like ads. So the point I put AI at number four over here which is the last layer is because now you have the system you have a proven system that works that gets you leads. We've proven it over the years with ourselves and clients with the consulting business. Now we can use AI to create the content using those principles or rating the content that we create saying that how much of this actually resonates with the psychoraphics of the ideal client that we have.
Point number two is we can monitor all the accounts of our clients where we can have a twominut or five minute report every single morning showing us all these numbers and we can identify what is in red and say okay this needs fixing for this client let's reach out let's check in let's let's fix this or the clients themselves can see the numbers if they're very technical I don't want to see these numbers or you say okay I need to fix my lead magnet I need to fix my profile visit headline or something so it all depends on the clients and AI helps you do that at scale and also you can create this presentation for example this what you're seeing right now over here imagine me creating it like the full presentation I'm going through imagine me creating it myself so what I did was I used the system we have I sent it a voice note I want to talk about four sections the first section is the mental reframes like I I I actually recorded that 15-minute voice note talking about everything and then it went ahead looked at the context looked at my material looked at my design guidelines looked at my offer, looked at everything I do within my business, and then I said, "Okay, let's let's let's just create this presentation." I went through it, I liked it, and now I'm recording a video on it. So, this is another system because we've proven a workflow of doing things. So, the main point I'm trying to make is the first step is the mental shift, how to make it work within the region. Point number two is the mechanism, the platform, the tools you're going to use.
Point number three is the system behind it, the numbers you're going to track. Point number four is the AI. and never start with AI because AI alone won't work. AI works just as a final step to amplify and leverage to do everything else. So before moving on, let me show you the platform and the numbers so you have a complete picture and connect all the dots.
So we go from this theoretical thing that I just showed you to tactics and then we go to the practical part which is us implementing it and then we're going to come back and talk about the shift over here. So this over here is the Sola platform. We give access to this to our clients and we use it ourselves. If we have an admin page where we track everything, the jobs, the assets, the playbooks and the leads and this is basically their CRM but everything is essentially over here.
So what I want to show you is the lead or let's start with the assets page over here. So in the assets the websites we create for them. For example, the landing page we create for them. They can visit this landing page by clicking this button over here.
They can go to the CRM and look how many leads this landing page got in and also most importantly they can look at the analytics. This is demo account I just created just to show you everything. What once they click on analytics what's happen is they see their site's rep performance. I'm going to show you this leads and CRM page, but they see their website performance, meaning that how many visitors they got, how many people visited that website, how many page views they got, how many people jumped out of that, how many people entered their their forum, their email essentially, and what the constraint is exactly.
And once they enter that, they go on the lead page, they see it over here. As you can see, this is the lead. Should I contact them? Should I send them my email?
What exactly should I do? Now, let me show you for an account we've been running it on much longer, which is my personal account. But, um, yeah, let me just show you that you're going to have a complete picture. I'm going to explain to you how we find the constraint exactly.
So, this is for my personal website. I don't post the website much. I don't push it much, but I've run this analytics tool on it just to see what's happening exactly. So you can see in the past 30 days, we've got a couple of days that had more, let's say, visitors, some days less visitors depending on where I placed the link and how much did I push the link or where did I place this essentially on what piece of content and so on.
You can see the visitors, the sessions, the page views, and how many leads came in, which tells me that we have a 6% conversion rate based on the website. Meaning that if we get 124 visitors, we got seven leads, 94% of them drop off. Then we would like to know more information. and where did they drop off and can we increase that number or not? So we look over here, we see, okay, they scrolled this much.
These are the actions they took and these are the sources they came from. Essentially, if they come from a LinkedIn post, this is the source. If they came up from a YouTube post, LinkedIn video, this is the source. If they come up from another website or another page, this is the exact source over here.
And they tell me the country that they they come from. Essentially, this is most coming from the US. Then we have from the United Arab Emirates, India, then we have the other countries over here. And then they tell me which page do they enter first and which page do they exit from.
And of course we have a bunch of other details as well. So what this happen or what happens behind the scenes is for every clients we have a page like this tracking everything for every single website they have or we create for them and based on the day they put a post for example they put a post on January 10. We go back and see okay that post got 16 sessions and 16 sessions meaning 16 visitors. Two of them added their email. this what's the percentage over here is it within industry average or not if it's yes amazing great keep on doing more of that so you get the point right I think there's something nice over here we added but I think there's no nobody on the website right now essentially is when if someone wants to go into zen mode like they just want to have this screen on as motivation on the side to see people coming in and off this is kind of a real time view of what's happening on the website so anyone who enters you see their dot which country what they're doing what they're clicking and you're going to start seeing their activity on the pages and you're going to see this like full thing in terms of what's happening which is pretty cool like if you want to go into this mode of I'm I'm going to create content I'm going to get traffic and so on.
So now you have the complete picture. I want you to go from I need more leads. I need to create better content and talk about all these symptoms or this region works on referrals only. Maybe the algorithm is not working to having this system that you can build in to pinpoint exactly where the constraint is and to know the exact tactic which also I gave you in order to fix that exact constraint and let leads to come in very easily.
And I highly highly suggest and recommend if you find out what the constraint is, do everything in your power to get rid of that constraint and you're going to get the leads that you want. And this is applicable, this mindset is applicable to any part of your business. So the most important thing, stop guessing why leads are not coming in, but build a system that shows you exactly where to
